Amazing

Property as listed. The only issue was the code at one point but the matter was corrected in a swift manner. I wish I was able to enjoy the property for a longer time but it was very inviting and homey.

BEWARE!! Not at all like the pictures!! Very disgusting unhealthily!!

Beware!!! Not at all as pictured!! Magic box rented my family a very dirty and unsanitary home filled with black mold, urine stained curtains, sticky floors, questionable stains on comforters, holes in walls and throw up on walls. Absolutely flithy and disgusting home. When we notified Magic Box (property management) they wanted to disrupt my family to try to clean the disgusting property that should have been cleaned prior to our arrival. Honestly it would have taken a 5 person cleaning crew a week to clean the home. My family had to find another rental as there would be no way to actually clean the home properly. Absolutely horrible nightmare for my family and Magic Box (property management) will not take accountability of the absolutely disgusting the home. Wish I could include pictures.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay. The host was very polite and attentive to our needs I just wish the pool was connected to the backyard property instead of having the pool Connect it to the resort property. Oh, yeah?I also meant to say the beds.If I had any complaints, I would say, I wish the beds was a little bit more softer.

A casa possui um espaço excelente, muito bem localizada, ao lado do Walmart. O condomínio é tranquilo, limpo e transmite bastante segurança. Acomoda tranquilamente até 10 pessoas, o que foi um ponto muito positivo para nossa estadia.No entanto, alguns aspectos precisam de atenção. Os móveis, como camas, colchões, sofás e armários, estão bastante desgastados e seria importante uma renovação. Os armários laterais das camas, por exemplo, tinham gavetas quebradas. Os utensílios de cozinha também demonstram bastante uso: a chaleira apresentava ferrugem interna e algumas panelas estavam manchadas. Ainda assim, conseguimos utilizá-las após uma boa lavagem.A limpeza da casa foi razoável. Encontramos o piso da entrada, cozinha e sala um pouco grudento, e as almofadas e colchas dos sofás estavam empoeiradas.Em relação à churrasqueira, infelizmente não foi possível utilizá-la. Estava completamente suja, com restos de alimento nas grelhas e ferrugem. Entramos em contato com a administradora, que nos atendeu prontamente, mas ainda assim não houve condições de uso.De forma geral, a casa tem um ótimo potencial e oferece muito conforto pelo espaço e localização. Porém, está precisando de manutenção e substituição de alguns itens para tornar a experiência ainda melhor.
