A Vacation to Remember for a Life Time in this beautiful Central Florida home, be One of the First to stay at this Newly available Vacation Home. Swim in the private pool, relax in the cozy living area, enjoy music, movies or just read a book, lots of variety in the house. Close to all major attractions. Close to shopping, drug stores and medical. There will be an Osceola County Tourist Development Tax 6% of Rental Charge due 14 days before arrival, details will be sent after booking.
The space
Open concept home with plenty of room and relaxing furnishings. Screened in newly refinished in-ground pool with handrail on stairs ease of access. There are lounge chairs available to relax and get some sun. There is a patio table and chairs for out door eating.

Our Guests have full access to the house, garage, patio, pool and yard.

Attention, there will be an Osceola County Tourist Development Tax 6% of Rental Charge due 14 days before arrival. Payment details and amount will be sent to you after booking.
Welcome to our home! Please treat everything within our property as if it were your own. We want it notated that all guests brought in beyond the amount that have been booked and confirmed on the reservation and who intend to stay overnight will be charged an additional fee of $25 per night per person. Very comfortable, great location to Lake Toho boat ramp and all around just perfect. Anytime I reached out to the host for info regarding the area, they were very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this rental!!

Great communication with host. Minor issues that we experienced were able to be corrected with ease and didn't impact our stay. Staying in a house for 8 nights was so much better than staying in a hotel. Will look at VRBO as an option for next vacation.

Best VRBO rental ever

Our granddaughter and her family stayed at Give Kids The World Village and we wanted to be close to them to visit and go to Disney with them.

Wonderful stay!!!

Thank you Kim and Louis for a great home away from home. My family and I enjoyed our week. The pool and toys were a hit with our kids and the location was great, close to lots of restaurant and Walmart. We really appreciated having the extra household items to make our stay great. We had family staying at Give Kids The World and this property is within blocks. Also close to theme parks. The kids loved the pool. Communication with host was awesome

I recommend this spacious home for your stay. Kim was a very attentive welcoming host. The home was comfortable and clean. The bed’s were super comfy and the black out curtains were an added bonus …. we slept very well . The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We are coffee drinkers so it was nice to see a regular coffee pot as opposed to a single cup machine. Side note : The living room TV is “going out” once turned on it takes a bit to be able to see the picture clearly. The other TV’s are perfect. We would definitely stay here again ! Thank you Kim. VERY CLEAN

I must first say that communication with the hosts was great! They answered all questions that I had before and during our stay in a very timely manner! When we entered the home, the smell of cleanliness hit us and the house was immaculate! It was well stocked for all of our cooking needs and everything needed to make it home away from hom! The screened in porch with private pool was VERY WELCOMING and I enjoyed it every morning and evening to read and relax! I can’t say enough great things about the hosts and this home! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

My wife and I stayed for 17 nights in March. Check-in was very easy and we were very happy with cleanliness of property. We were happily surprised how fully equipped the kitchen was. Everything we needed for a ong stay was provided. We also loved the pool which was heated to very comfortable temperature. All in all, we had a great stay with all the support from our host we needed. Thanks!

My husband Lou and myself Kim live very close by and love the neighbourhood. It is quiet and great for families. We have been hosting for 5 years now and when given the chance love to meet our guests and make sure they have a great time.

Why they chose this property

There is a small lake or pond behind the house and we see all kinds of wildlife, from ducks to squirrels, hawks, fish, turtles etc.

What makes this property unique

With the screen in pool area, there are no bugs, you can relax BBQ and enjoy your meals outside and the pool can be heated for a small fee so you can swim all year long.
