A fantastic place for families or a nice group of friends vacationing together. It’s a short walk to the River and a very short drive to Daytona Beach. Just minutes away from the Daytona International Speedway. The home is on a nice quiet street but minutes from shopping, restaurants from all the action and adventures that Daytona Beach offers.

The host was extremely welcoming considering how many people we had staying with us. The home was clean, styled nicely, the beds were very comfortable. I hope to stay again next year for the Annual Daytona Turkey Run.

A few of us rented the house for race weekend. It worked out perfectly. It wasn’t far from the track. It’s also just over the bridge from all the fun stuff at the beach. There was plenty of room. It has a great congregating area in the middle with the kitchen and living room together. The host was very responsive and checked in with us to make sure we got in without any problems. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We go to races every year and we will probably look at this house first when we book for next year.

Great property. We used it as a base for Kennedy Space Centre and a visit to St Augustine. Daytona Beach and Speedway closeby. The TV subscriptions and table football were a hit with the kids and we liked the cooking facilities.

Home away from Home

The property was exactly what was posted in the advertisement. The house was clean, cozy and welcoming. Our family wanted to spend some quality time on the beach and in the warm whether before out kids returned to school. We had been to the area before but we always used hotels for our stay. Daytona Beach Boardwalk and surrounding area was not as fun and entertaining as we remembered. I understand that COVID19 played a major role in service that was provided in the area so we enjoyed more time indoors than outdoors. It also stormed during our trip but having to stay indoors was not an issue. Entry and exit into the property was easy. Grocery stores and shopping was all within 5 minutes of the home. The home pretty much had EVERYTHING you would need in a home besides food. There were even chips for the children. If I was to visit the area again I would definitely reach out to the property owner to see if this property was available. Only suggestion is that a few trash bags are provided to the guest to ensure that garbage is properly thrown out.
