Lovely North Naples Condo

We loved the location and water views. Very quiet location and only a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach/State Park. Very spacious and comfortable accommodations.

Disappointment

Owner of condo changed terms of VRBO rental agreement two days before I was scheduled to leave on vacation. The owner demanded cash or a certified check in order to rent condo as she had a personal legal conflict with VRBO. There was no explanation as to why her condo was still listed on the VRBO site.When told that VRBO had my money she indicated she did not accept payment from VRBO and if I did not agree to her rental agreement I would be denied entrance to the condo. I did not agree to this sudden change of terms and told the owner I was concerned about these last minute changes. I never stayed at the condo due to these concerning circumstances. At this time VRBO is investigating the situation but I have not heard back in terms of how this situation is being resolved. So disappointing!!
