About this property

Relax with loved ones in this adorable 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully renovated cottage on 75’ feet of private Conesus Lake shoreline. Enjoy the gorgeous Western sunsets from the East shore. Updates within the last year include all new windows, siding, cabinets, floors, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, doors, Smart 4k TV, Trex deck, bathroom, pergola, stamped concrete and a tankless hot water heater. The cottage also comes with access to a new aluminum dock with swim ladder and the use of a new kayak.

The master bedroom has a brand new king sized mattress, the 2nd bedroom has two brand new twin mattresses. Couch has a pull out full mattress as well.

We’ll never allow pets or smoking to ensure a clean, allergy free environment. Guests are limited to a maximum of 6 people overnight and no more than 3 cars at a time.

The cottage is professionally cleaned and disinfected between each stay with freshly laundered bedding and towels provided. If you’re looking for a quiet, charming and relaxing cottage, look no further!

Great little lake house!

We really enjoyed our week at the lake and wished we could have stayed longer! It was everything that we hoped for. Clean, comfortable and with a fully equipped kitchen. The lake was great for swimming, and we loved just sitting out and watching the boats, the sunsets and the lights in the evening.

Beautiful!

This small but immaculate lake house is the perfect place to unwind. We enjoyed every second there. We walked to Shoreless Acres three times. Kayaked and had time to read books. Bed is very comfortable and there is new furniture since we have been there which is very comfortable. We can’t wait to come back again!
