Very comfortable, homey apartment in a great location! Just outside city center so less hectic and quieter, but close enough to walk everywhere! Our host George was awesome, very helpful, informative and accommodating! Would definitely go back!

This is a lovey, homey apartment in the Oltrarno neighborhood, much quieter and nicer than the busy touristy spots on the north side of the river. We loved coming “home” here at the end of busy days. The kitchen is well-appointed if you’d like to cook. We’ll definitely book here again when we come back to Florence!

The Home was just like walking into our own. Very clean very put together. The bathrooms were super clean and updated. The bed and pillows were phenomenal. The contact with the Property Manager was superior to any five star hotel. The best thing was how perfect the location was to all the cool sites. Thank you very much for letting us stay in your awesome home.

George was a real person! No key box, no code, no third party to deal with. He was so very helpful from arrival to our departure day, even ordering a taxi the morning of our departure.The apartment is situated in a beautiful area of Oltrarno, and very quiet. I would definitely return.

George was amazing! All of his recommendations on restaurants were great he helped us with finding parking for our rental car. The apartment is great comfortable bed and everything you would ever need for a long stay wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The location is awesome you’re right next to everything without being too close to the chaos. Can’t wait to come back here one day!

Fantastic location and space!

What a lovely space in the absolutely best area. George was amazing to work with and you truly feel like you’re one of the neighbors. Definitely recommend this space for a couple and it really just feels like home !

Excellent stay

We loved the situation of the Apartment in the Oltrano area and the apartment itself was just perfect — clean, pretty, attention to details that made us feel welcomed. We ate in on one evening and the kitchen, the cutlery and the pretty plates all made us think we were home, only in Florence. We loved our stay!

Loved Florence Italy

George and his wife were wonderful hosts! The apartment was great and we really enjoyed getting to know people at our local coffee shop, butcher and vegetable stand. If we ever get a chance to return to Florence we will definitely stay at George’s place.

George is a wonderful and thoughtful host. Communication with him was very easy using Whatsapp. The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It even has a grand piano that my son played. The location is across the river in a quieter part of the city, but is an easy walk to most of the city. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Florence.

Exceptional Space

We enjoyed the apartment so very much. It was in a great location, was so lovely and comfortable. We had an excellent time. We enjoyed the piano, the proximity to fresh markets, Biboli gardens the book collection, just an absolute gem.

Perfect Apartment

George was an extremely helpful host, and did me a huge favor taking me into the ZTL as to not walk my bags a long distance. The apartment is very authentically Italian, has great wifi and all amenities one could need. I'm looking forward to staying again in the near future.

Grand piano in the heart of Florence

Beautiful property in great locations

We loved staying here! We felt so spoiled with the fully equipped kitchen because we love to cook. Added bonus having the piano which was wonderful because we both play. Food and coffee across the street and a nice walk to Ponte Vecchio area. George is a wonderful, kind, helpful host and fun to talk to! Would totally stay here again.
