Check -in

Very good property and very helpful agent; on check in there were no sheets or towels available despite email from owner confirming they were to be supplied; agent contacted owner and was very helpful in supplying them; it is very difficult to take sheets and towels on a plane because of weight and space restrictions; however property was very good, well equipped and well located.

I follow your appreciations for which I thank you. I apologize for failing to prepare your sheets and towels, however our agent should have had the key to the closet on him to give them to you immediately. I note that you appreciated the comfort, the accommodation and the location of the apartment. Rest assured that I make every effort to ensure that the holidays of our hosts take place in the best conditions. Sincerely. Philippe RECORBET
