GUEST RENTAL POLICY

Adults 25+ Please check ALL drawers and cupboards carefully before you depart to ensure you have all of your belongings. We are not responsible for any items left at the property or for the shipping of said items. If an item is left behind and we are able to retrieve it, we have a $75 fee to ship any items back to you.
Check out & damage deposit. We send a departure check list and ask that you follow it and leave the property in a neat and tidy condition. We don’t ask our cleaning team to move large items of furniture around, so we request that you return all furniture to its original location. We don’t like to make claims on the damage deposit but if our cleaning staff has to spend additional time above and beyond their allocated hours, to make the property ready for our next guests, we will charge for the additional time.

Failure of essential and non-essential appliances and facilities Please let us know immediately if there is any equipment that is not operating correctly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs made as soon as possible; however, there are limited service contractors in our areas, particularly on evenings or weekends. If a breakdown should occur to fundamental elements such as water systems, plumbing and electrical systems, and major appliances such as stove or refrigerator, every effort will be made to repair or replace, or an appropriate refund will be made for the inconvenience caused. No reduction of rent, rebate, or refund will be issued for a mechanical failure of nonessential appliances including but not limited to dishwasher, washer, dryer, entertainment systems.

Please note: If the police are called or the neighbors complain about the noise level or any other types of privacy disruptions, we are subject to take your deposit on the stay. We absolutely never want to do this, but if a situation calls for it we will.

BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.

Great little spot in a central location

Nice little spot for an adult gathering. We made sure to head over to Zanies right across the street for some comedy. Just a few miles from Broadway and other entertainment. For us, it was a perfect fit and we would stay again. Try Mafiozas if you are looking for some excellent gourmet pizza and Maple Street Biscuit company for an amazing breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a great weekend. The inside furniture and accessories in the living spaces (mainly living room) seemed a bit dirty and worn out. The other areas of the house were excellent! A few small issues which we let the management know about upon arrival - a loose faucet, some burn holes in chairs but other than that, was good! One thing that was difficult was getting ubers from this location. It is on a very busy road and it was hard to get the ubers to understand how to get to the back alley for pickup and drop off. We ubered the entire weekend and we had to walk to the corner a few houses down to get in and out of ubers safely. There were also pan handlers and some homeless hanging around in front of our house. Otherwise great location in proximity to downtown and the 12 South area. Very clean and functional - great layout for 12 guests!

Cute, but moldy smelling house.

We were very excited to stay at this property. I always do a lot of research before staying in a VRBO. The pictures are exactly as the cute little house looks. Very modern, older home. The only problem was the smell of mold throughout the house. We were supposed to stay 5 nights but only stayed one. The only reason we didn't turn around when we got there is that we had a late arriving flight and didn't make it to the. house until 12:30am. We left the next morning for a hotel. I reached out to the management company who was sending someone to the house to check it out but nothing was communicated back. They mentioned compensation for not using 80% of my stay, but I haven't heard anything. I have given them several days to let me know if I will be receiving any compensation before. leaving a review. I just cannot ignore the smell and let other renters know what they will. get. With the age of the house, I am sure there is black mold in the walls somewhere. I have experienced this firsthand before. So fair warning. Cute house, but. couldn't stay in the mold smell.

Fun girls’ week!

We had a great time at the Pink Door house! It was clean, nicely decorated, and had all that we needed for our stay. We only used the kitchen for coffee and snacks so we didn’t cook any. It would have been nice to have an ice maker instead of having to fill the trays but we managed, ha! The beds were comfortable (FYI the queen and twin beds are all bunk beds). The house is located within convenient driving distance to all the downtown locations and even walking distance to a few restaurants we enjoyed. Even though the house is off a busy road, it was quiet and we felt safe. We had a great time!

Cozy Little House

Our family had a very funThanksgiving weekend in Nashville. This house is cute, clean, and charming. The host has made the most of the space available. The layout is a little different in that to get to one of the bedrooms you have to walk through a bedroom, no private entrance. The house is well equipped in the kitchen. There were plenty of pots and pans, glasses and dishes. A few things missing in the kitchen were dish towels, dish clothes and hot pads. Fortunately, I had brought these things knowing we would be cooking for our extended family Thanksgiving feast. There were no ice trays or working ice maker in the freezer. You’ll need to pickup ice during your stay.

Perfect Stay for a Nashville Friends Weekend Getaway

Super cute place to stay for our group of 6. Everything is as-pictured. Overall pretty clean. The property manager was responsive when we had an issue with the fridge. Location is perfect - not too close and not too far away from the sights. Grocery store and coffee shop within walking distance. You are right off a major street, but the noise wasn't too noticeable. Our biggest issue was that there were no notes/instructions on how to access the alley behind the house, which is absolutely critical. Otherwise, you're left trying to lug suitcases up a very steep staircase/hill to the front of the house - which isn't even accessible without a key. Also, each bathroom needs its own trashcan and shelf space. And lastly, the lock is a bit tricky to open - again, something that would've been good to have been warned about. None of those are reasons not to say here, but definitely things the management company can easily address.

We would stay here again!

Very good location. Off street parking, comfy beds, great water pressure, well appointed appliances, lots of natural light, plenty of room, property was just as shown and super cute. The property manager was very responsive (nothing major happened, the smoke alarm needed the battery changed and they fixed it right away). We would stay here again for sure!!!

Amazing for girl's trip!

We had the best time renting this VRBO! Upon arrival, the house was very clean and tidy. SUCH cute decorations! Beds were extremely comfy. Kitchen well stocked. The only downside was the surrounding houses and back gravel lot to park cars. Slightly difficult to have Ubers find the house. Other than that, would def book the house again!!!

Enjoyed our stay!!

This house was perfect for our bachelorette party! We stayed 4 nights and had plenty of space and beds. Loved how everyone could spread out! The decor was so cute!! Overall, pretty clean. The location was great as well. Right off a somewhat busy main street. The only room for improvement I would recommend is more towels (we had to do a load of laundry because we ran out of clean towels for everyone), toilet paper (we ran out), another roll of paper towels would’ve been nice (luckily I brought some), and I would’ve loved to have some sort of cleaning spray to wipe down counters etc. (I brought Clorox wipes...clean freak over here lol) and the cleaning crew could improve on the dusting. This is just me offering suggestions that would make it absolutely perfect!! We would definitely stay here again and enjoyed it very much!! Thank You So Much!!

Perfect for a girls trip.

We browsed TONS of Properties looking for the perfect spot to Celebrate a bachelorette weekend in Nashville. With its charming pink door and decor-this house checked all the boxes. Our only concern was the busy street location. Lack of communication in relation to parking and getting in/out of the house. Overall a great weekend.

VRBO Weekend Stay

The property looked exactly like the pictures! Very beautiful, spacious home. Very close to everything we did while in Nashville! The only problem we ran into was there is only 5 towels for all 3 bathrooms. We had 9 girls stay, so we had to wash and dry towels to be able to have enough for everyone. Other than the towels the house was perfect! Enough beds and room for all of us girls. Would highly recommend this house and would definitely stay again if we ever visit Nashville again!
