This is our second time visiting and really enjoy this house. Perfect location - house is located on the canal and close walking distance to the beach. The outdoor playground in OIB is also close and very convenient if you have small children.

Wonderful beach house! Great location and very well kept! It was perfect for our family of 4 and grandma. Walking distance to the town square area and beach access. We did rent a golf cart which was nice to have. Hope to stay again sometime!

Owner was consistently responsive prior to check in and during our stay. Very large bathrooms and comfortable living space. Screened porch was a great place to relax. We’d rent again.

Wonderful Vacation Home

We booked this house for our family and friends and had a wonderful time. Easy access to the canal to kayak and float around. Easy 4 minute walk to the beach with close public beach access. We really enjoyed our time at Marker10!!

Great Property!

We loved staying at this location...it's about a 8-10 minute walk to the beach, 1/2 mile walk to putt putt and ice cream, and a wonderful house to stay in. This was our first trip to OIB, but definitely not our last!
