**Apartment Description**

Our apartment is located in a beautifully renovated historic building, formerly the headquarters of the Post Office. Ideally situated between Cais do Sodré and Chiado, it’s just steps from the iconic Time Out Market.

The apartment enjoys the privilege of being on the only floor with a balcony, accessible from the living room and both bedrooms.

Modern and comfortable, the apartment features:

- 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 160x200cm and 1 with 2 single beds 90x200cms)
- 1 sofa bed (sleeps 2 people)
- Living room with a dining area and balcony access (shared with both bedrooms)
- Fully equipped kitchenette: fridge/freezer, stove, oven/microwave, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, toaster, and ironing facilities
- 1 Bathroom with provided bath towels
- Bedding linen also provided

**Additional Information**

- Parking: Parking is not included. However, an underground paid parking lot is available right in front of the building. Rates*:

The co-owner was very friendly and communicated with is in a very efficient timeframe. We lived the area being so close to restaurants and walking distance from the various venues. We would return highly recommend. Thanks again for a lovely experience of Lisbon.

The property was lovely, just as advertised. It was exactly what we needed. And we loved the balcony. Our check-in process was a little rough as we were given the incorrect code to access the key. Luckily, the person supplying the property arrived shortly after and he gave us the correct code. The only other issue we had was the doorbell system. It keeps being, quite loud, and would not stop. We contacted host. They said they fixed it but they did not. It was constant and extremely annoying. I finally had to disconnect it. The location was great. Right across from the Time Out Market. Note it did get quite loud at night time.

Modern loft

We travelled with my parents and kids aged 9 and 6 years old. It is a beautiful modern loft style with a large balcony. Situated right across the Time-out market. At night it can get a bit loud due to the late night partiers outside. There is security in the building and late at night you need to be buzzed in. We parked in the Time out market parking for 30 Euros a night. Overall, there was good communication with the property manager and we enjoyed our 3 nights there and would go back.

Would have scored higher but 3pm check-in was missed and had to wait till 4pm, also no kettle in “fully equipped “ kitchen. Don’t let this put you off though as location, albeit somewhat noisy at night, the apartment itself and location were something I would definitely return to in the future. Great position to explore Lisbon.
