Bright and inviting, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has to be experienced to be believed! Located just steps from the famous white sand of Siesta Key Beach, unit 403 offers everything you can dream of for an amazing vacation experience.

With a king bed in the master and two full-sized beds with trundles in the second bedroom, this unit offers plenty of sleeping options for everyone’s comfort. From the master bedroom, you can step onto the private lanai to enjoy a beach view with your coffee or cocktail. The lanai is also accessible from the living area, which is an open-concept area with dining room seating for 6. Flat-screen TVs are in each bedroom and the living room. Free Wi-Fi, cable, and HBO are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped for even the most demanding gourmand, but don’t feel the need to cook if you don’t want to – right across the street and in walking distance are restaurants, bars, a grocery store, ice cream and coffee shops, and anything else you might need during your stay here.

The Sea Shell Condominium complex is located in the best spot on Siesta Key Beach. No car? No problem! It’s extremely walkable and a free trolley runs from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily to Siesta Key Village for even more dining and shopping options. We provide beach towels, chairs, and loungers for all of our guests. There are also two grilling stations on site with two gas grills in Tiki Hut and two charcoal grills in our picnic area. The large, heated pool is one of our most popular amenities, and we are fully accessible with two elevators. Coin-operated laundry facilities are located on each floor.

Started with a great front lobby staff (Carla) I do believe. Perfect place on the beach, good view from the balcony. Right on the beach, walking distance or free trolley so no need for a rental car. Pool was nice. Condo was as described. Had a great stay at Seashell!

Our unit is always clean and bright adding to our vacation vibe. We go for relaxation and that’s what we get. We really like Sammy’s Beach Bums service offered. They are great and it’s wonderful having that service at the condos. Great perk!!! Looking forward to our return next year! A family tradition!

Siesta Key

Nice area love Siesta Key. Good access to the beach. I would s Great area love Siesta Key.. Good access to the beach but would recommend restrooms near beach access. Pool is behind building so it is not very sunny and it is small but has restrooms. The floors were filthy. Doesn’t look like it is being done after checkout .

Loved it!

The condo was great, it’s on the 4th floor so the view from the balcony is nice. The location is great, and it’s just a free shuttle away from siesta village. The pool was very small, and in the front of the building, so we never used it. Meanwhile, the property was in the beach so getting to the beach was easy and loungers are provided. Just across the street you can rent paddle boards, bikes and kayaks. Overall we were very pleased with the condo. We had 2-18 year old boys, and a 13 year old boy and had plenty of space. The kitchen was stocked with supplies to cook meals, although the toaster didn’t work, but who cares. I’d rent from here again!

Would definitely stay again

Sea Shell Condos was the perfect property for our stay. The 2 bedroom 2 bath condo was big enough for our family of 4 adults. The lounge chairs that guests are allowed to use at no charge was a nice benefit. It’s conveniently located to shops and restaurants. I would recommend it to friends.
