Fully renovated in 2025! Just one block from the bay, this cozy beach house with a fully fenced private patio is ideal for anyone who wants a coastal getaway, while still being close enough to the attractions, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife of San Diego. We have all the amenities you need, with a comfy King-size bed, full coffee bar, large patio w/ BBQ, outdoor dining table, lounge chairs. Great amenities including 2 bikes, 2 Stand-up paddleboards, beach chairs and floats. Walkable to restaurants, parks, the bay, and the beach, your perfect vacation is a click away! **No cleaning required**. Unlike other rentals, we will never ask you to clean the property. That's what the cleaning fee is for. You're on vacation, just lock up and leave! Community laundry is free, no coins required!

We also have Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN as well as other free Roku apps on both the living room and bedroom TVs!

**Our parking spot is narrow so big trucks or SUVs may not fit. There are usually spots on the side street (Fanuel) if this is the case. This is a lower unit, so you will occasionally hear guests moving around upstairs. However, this is a very quiet area in general, with very respectful and professional neighbors and we do enforce quiet hours from 10pm to 8am daily. This home HAS NOT been child proofed and there are cactus plants on the patio.**

No parties and no smoking. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Be considerate of your surroundings, as neighbors may be working from home.

You are required to use the helmets if you take the beach cruisers out and the provided life vests when using the Stand Up Paddleboards and/or Kayak.

Please, no pets on the furniture, & help control the hair. Please take your dog off the property to pee, urine on the patio smells & kills the plants.

The accommodation was as listed. Close to the bay and beach and private. There are many restaurants in the area. We liked Sacos Tacos on Garnet and also Oscars down on Emerald. Splurged dinner for 2 at Marine Room up in La Jolla. Fantastic meal, great service and the view is unique. I'd recommend all three places. Cooked in for several meals. Kitchen was well stocked with cookwear. We used the bikes. There are several other items included for bay activities, as detailed in the listing.

Really happy with our stay! Having a parking space is so necessary (for reference, our Nissan Rogue fit just fine). AC worked fantastic in the bedroom, place was really clean and had everything we needed. Bonus for us was two sinks in the bathroom. Host was always quick to respond. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location and place for a weekend

I stayed here for a weekend and the size was perfect for 1-2 people. Bed was super comfy, the checkin process was seamless and easy, tons of towels. I didn’t get to use the bikes or any extras because it wasn’t warm enough but having all of those was a huge perk.
