The house was comfortable and as advertised. The views of the lake from the deck were superb! Here is the issue. Lake Tullock is surrounded by private property except for a pay spot at the south end of the lake, about a 45 minute drive from this house. There was no mention of this on the listing. There was suppose to be a guest pass to a near by beach club but they would not let us in because of some confusion over whether the one registered with HOA of not. Very disappointing. If this was resolved and made clear, wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Cath, the property manager was very understanding and promptly refunded funds for the 3rd night.

Great stay, awesome place

We had a great time. The house was great and we have communicated with the host multiple times. Very responsive and courteous. We will stay again. One small thing to note that if you have your own boat, you will have to go to the other side of the lake. Nothing that host could control but the association rules. We had a blast on the lake. Thank you
