Fantastic location!

The place was clean and in a great location. Quiet beach town, everything was a short walk or a bike ride away. Great local food and steps from the beach. Would highly recommend.

Great stay- as pictured

Great stay very close to the beach. Umbrella & 2 chairs setup each day for our use was a great perk! Note: check in and out times provided by property manager do vary from Vrbo listing- checkin may be as late as 7pm and check out was 9am.

Dune Allen Vacation

Condo was perfect for our group of 3 (2 adults, 1 teenager). Our son loved the loft bedroom. Location was excellent, across the street from the beach. Would love to return in the future.

Wonderful!

My kids loved the loft upstairs and the condo was very neat and clean! The walk across the road to the beach was very short - much easier with small children than expected! Will definitely be back!

We had a great week. The condo is clean, well appointed, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The walk to the beach is a breeze and the included chair set up & bikes are the cherry on top!

Wonderful location away from the more crowded beaches on 30a.

Property was exactly as listed and well equipped. Just steps from the beach . We loved the privacy and how quiet it was at night. Beach was perfect and beautiful. Thank you

Wonderful stay!

Our family had a wonderful time. Property location was perfect. We enjoyed the beach every day. Our children loved the pool. The property was clean and nicely decorated. Enough decor to feel at home, but not so much that there's nowhere to put your things or you worry the kids will knock something over. Really cozy and enjoyable. The stairs to the loft are as pictured. They would be difficult for someone with mobility issues, but my 7 and 8 year old children loved it. There is a half bath up there, so I wasn't worried about them navigating the stairs at night for the toilet. All around wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Pleasant Stay on 30A

Our lovely condo unit 4b was very clean and ready for us upon arrival. Property management notified us of the time ready for check-in as we were traveling there. Plenty of bath towels and washcloths for our family. Loved the condo, but would probably pick a different unit for another time due to the cumbersome spiral staircase, which we knew about when we booked from pictures of property on VRBO. Just about 3-5 minute walk to beach! Property has a fantastic pool! Quiet neighborhood! The owners included a useful Tips notebook for places to eat and things to do. It was located on the coffee table in living room.

Great place for a fairy of four with 2 preteen kids!

Everything was clean and up to date! Our kids loved the spots staircase and sleeping loft with their own half bath and tv! Overall a great place for a week on the beach!
