Condo was exactly as advertised. Great view of the river and the surrounding property is great for short, but pleasant, walks. Just a few minutes from the national park as well.

Dear Lance,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We are delighted to hear that you had a great experience and enjoyed a clean and comfortable condo.
We hope to see you again next time you visit the area.
We arrived a bit early as we drove in froM Chicago. They allowed early check in which is great. The condo was larger than expected and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the atmosphere was amazing. It was quiet, serene and peaceful. Theres a sidewalk that allowed for a nice scenic walk. Check out was quick and easy!

We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed a perfect stay with us! We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review.
We would love to host you again next time your travels bring you back to Estes Park!
The positives were that the condo was very clean, it was nicely furnished, the TV's, appliances, and fireplace worked nicely, the view through the patio doors was very pretty (it was winter, but it would be very nice to sit outside in warmer weather with the river running by.) The negatives were that the living and kitchen area were a bit smaller than the photos made it look, and the kitchen is basically a kitchenette equipped with full size appliances. Very little counter space, and a few necessary smaller kitchen items were missing (although that may have been rectified by now). If you don't plan on doing much cooking during your stay you won't mind, but if you're planning on cooking while you're here, it's not ideal. The biggest complaint though was the barely warm water in the shower... while the water from the kitchen faucet was very hot, the water in the shower was barely lukewarm the entire 3 days we were there, which was pretty unpleasant in the winter.
All in all though it was a pleasant stay and the condo was nice... it just lacked a few of the finer points.
The condo was clean and a pleasant space. At the price per night, I would have expected the pull out couch to be much more comfortable and we could have used a couple more blankets or comforter.

Thank you, Kristin for the feedback. Unfortunately, sleeper sofas are not generally comfortable for adults, which is why we suggest them for children. I do apologize for that inconvenience and hope you do come back to see us again!
The room was cozy and quiet. The things we enjoyed about our stay is the location being you can open the door and here the water and the room was cozy and quiet. The things that could use some improvement is that the coffee pot didnt work correctly, there were very noticeable what looked to be pet stains on the carpet, the large sliding glass entry door was missing several sections out of the vertical blinds which didn't give us the privacy it should being the sofa bed was right infront of the window and walkway so anyone walking by could very easily see into our room and the room needs some kind of fan either ceiling fan or portable being there is no AC.
Thank you for the positive feedback Tara! We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and we look forward to seeing you again in the future!
