Your private bathroom, just off the bedroom, includes a walk-in shower. The full-sized kitchen has all the basic cooking essentials that you will need. The kitchen offers a small dining area. The location is perfect. Right in between RMNP and downtown. We loved the condo. It was very clean and cozy. Perfect getaway for hiking, shopping, and peace & quiet. Definitely recommend.

It was close to the Fall River entrance to the park which was very convenient and only a few miles from Estes Park. It was a lower level condo which was not in the description and therefore the condo was not as light as we would have liked. The deck/porch was great for sitting on and relaxing with the sounds of the babbling brook as a background. Next time we would ask for an upper level condo.

A perfect stay!

This was a last minute decision and we were lucky to find such a beautiful place! Right on the river, a beautiful view, perfect deck to relax, listen to the water and watch the elk! We couldn't have asked for anything better. The condo was nicely decorated with rustic Colorado charm. The check-in process was easy, the condo was clean and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. We'll be back!
