Your private bathroom, just off the bedroom, includes a walk-in shower. The full-sized kitchen has all the basic cooking essentials that you will need. The kitchen offers a small dining area. Your Living Room has a sleeper sofa, flat screen T.V. with cable and a cozy remodeled gas fireplace. The private deck with patio furniture has gorgeous views of trees, mountains and Fall River. Great location

The location is perfect. Right in between RMNP and downtown. We loved the condo. It was very clean and cozy. Perfect getaway for hiking, shopping, and peace & quiet. Definitely recommend.

Everything about our stay was excellent. The beauty and sounds of Fall River were incredible. The condo was extremely clean. The decor was perfect providing that cozy mountain cabin feel.

A perfect stay!

This was a last minute decision and we were lucky to find such a beautiful place! Right on the river, a beautiful view, perfect deck to relax, listen to the water and watch the elk! We couldn't have asked for anything better. The condo was nicely decorated with rustic Colorado charm. The check-in process was easy, the condo was clean and the staff were pleasant and very helpful. We'll be back!
