Getaway

The condo was perfect for our getaway for a wedding we were attending. Loved the river nearby and plenty of space to have some family over for dinner.

The property is beautiful. The room was perfect with one exception. We came up for a quiet, relaxing evening out of town. The people in the room above us were very loud. We think they may have had younger children, who were playing and roughhousing until about 11:30 at night. I understand, everyone wants to get away once in a while, but when it’s after 10 o’clock, I think it’s fair and reasonable to ask for quiet time. We wanted to call management and ask them to handle the situation, but the only phone number we had was for emergency maintenance.Now, also to be fair, I could have asked for a second floor room, but was unaware when booking that this could be an issue. As I said, we love the property and loved the room, so we will be back.

Nice place. But stairs required to enter.

We really liked the condo. Terrific location.The Fall River in your backyard. One caution- stair climbing required to enter, leave. Not apparent in photos, or mentioned. My wife uses a cane, has real issues with stairs. The unit is all ground floor-a reason we chose- but on hillside with stairs required. 2nd story condos, ironically, enter at 'ground level'. Our only issue, but it challenged us.

Love this condo!

We’ve been to Estes Park 3 times and this was our favorite place to stay. We loved the ground floor deck just steps from the river. It’s so relaxing to sit on the deck listening to the Fall River. The bed was comfy, kitchen completely stocked, and it was an extra nice treat to have a smart TV. We loved the location. Just 5 minutes into town and 5 minute to RMNP. the driveway is easy (which is not always the case in the mountains) and nice to have parking so close to the condo. On the down side, there is no jacuzzi in the room like it shows in the pictures. You are pretty close to the road and you can hear the traffic during busy times of the day. And bears.
