About this property

This spacious and clean ADU apartment is located in a secluded area 10 minutes outside Puyallup. Relax around fire pit, soak in the hot tub, shoot pool on the full-size pool table, or enjoy a movie night on the comfy couch with surround sound.

We will absolutely be available if anything goes wrong with the house (if you run into any issues with the accommodations, let us know immediately!). However, we are not available to accompany guests, drive them around, or act as a concierge. Unfortunately, we just don't have the time.

This house is located in a private, quiet neighborhood. It is about a 10-minute drive from downtown Puyallup. There are steep steps outside with a railing leading down to the private entrance, please use caution.

Secluded in Puyallup

We loved the location. Not far from everything but also in a private area. Everything was as described and we were very happy with this rental. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for having us!

Spacious and private

This was an amazing find! The ADU and property are beautiful and well maintained! Didn’t get a chance to enjoy them this time, but fun to have options for basketball, fire pit and hot tub! Not to mention a home gym, pool table and tv inside! So great all around. The ceilings are vaulted so my 6’5” husband didn’t feel like we were in a daylight basement. The host was helpful and responsive. Would recommend and hopefully will have another reason to stay here again.

Nice work stay

This property worked out well for my stay. I was in the area for work for the week. The gym station was great to recover from the flight and gave me something to do besides watch TV on my down time. The pool table was also a nice amenity. I would stay again.

Quiet, fun place to stay

A Place to Recharge

This property is ideal for the person/people who need a place to recharge. The rooms, patio and water features are Wonderful for people who need calm and quiet to reset their energy. The location is in a quiet neighborhood...for me that means no highway traffic noise, no trains, or sirens. If staying in hotels wears you out, this is a functional, restful property for long stays, which is what this lady needs.

Great place to stay

Everything was very clean inside. The contact responded very promptly to all messages sent. They were very accommodating. I appreciate the touches that were provided in the unit. It felt like home and was very comfortable. The space is much larger than what is portrayed in the pictures. The only downside I can say is that the stairs are narrower than I'm used to and i had a couple of near misses with potential falls. The walkway that had fewer stairs was more friendly to walk down. I would definitely consider renting this space again.

Beyond GORGEOUS!

The property is in a gorgeous neighborhood, and it backs up to a forested area, that had deer grazing in the morning. The property manager was VERY responsive and always addressed our issues immediately. A couple small issues, were the stairs were a bit scary navigating while it was raining, but there is a hand rail. And moving the hot tub cover is a two person job for sure (it seemed a bit water logged to me). But all in all 5 star stay without a doubt. We loved it!!!!

The property is beautiful and peaceful. Both beds were comfortable. However, please do not leave the air conditioning on or the temperature so low. We were all freezing as we couldnt find any controls to aleviate the 40 degree feeling the entire time there. We went outside a lot to warm up or went around with blankets while inside. It was quite uncomfortable. Also, several of the cement blocks down to the property are placed crookedly and need leveling for safety sake. Thanks

Great stay

Very comfortable and clean. The bedding was very cozy, and the hot tub was perfect! Plenty of towels and blankets for the stay. Even though it was part of the house, it felt very private. I would recommend and I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home. Comfortable unit, well furnished. The stepping stones from the driveway down to the back yard and lower level VRBO unit can be a challenge. It slopes a little on the grass before the stepping stones. It was very cold so there was a thin layer of ice on the stepping stones and the hand rail. The cold and snow are unusual for area this time of year.

Quiet area, peaceful night

Easy communication, nice area with parking spot, lower level area with block steps - lighted but might not be good for anyone with balance or walking issues. Totally private - didn’t even hear upstairs residents. Big hot tub and nice fire pit in well manicured back yard.
