Excellent family-friendly location, with an easy short walk to a private beach. Host is extremely friendly and responsive. Basic, older furnished/equipped condo, but works for a small family to enjoy a nice getaway.

Excellent place to stay!

This is a great beach house! It is located right next to the beach and in very close range to everything in Bethany. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it!

Great place for a family.

Great place to stay with your family. Very close to the beach and an easy drive to the boardwalks. Since the area is mostly homes, the beaches are less populated which was a bonus. The house was clean and nicely set up. Would stay there again if the opportunity comes around.

Perfect rental!

We rented this place as part of a family beach vacation and it was 1000% perfect for our needs. The owner was great with communication and was so kind when we had to adjust our stay. We will definitely be recommending this rental to others and won't hesitate to rent again if needed in the future.

Short Weekend Getaway

Our stay at the Orange Crush was absolutely wonderful! Since the property was west of downtown Bethany, the beach wasn't crowded at all. The beach was a short walk away (220 steps!). The house had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Great location! Steps from the beach; Karen’s place was lovely! Super clean; she had the basics that really helped for the 2 days! For example toilet paper; paper towel; shampoo, soap and conditioner! We will come back! Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us! ❤️

Great 36 hours!

We had a great stay here and wish we could've stayed even longer. The house was very clean, bright and airy. The host left welcome drinks in the fridge, which was a nice touch. The walk to the beach couldn't have been any easier. The provided beach toys were perfect for our kids and we loved having the chairs. We saw dolphins at sunrise each morning. First time in Bethany Beach and we'd definitely return to this house!

Relax A Little

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay @ Orange Crush in Bethany this summer. Only wish we could have stayed longer. The unit was very clean and well stocked. It felt very open for its size. With a big rear deck & a roomy front porch there was plenty of space to relax. The beds are very comfortable. Our host was very helpful after we ran into a couple of small snafus (internet service related) & did their best to resolve them. The road was quiet & it's a just a short walk to a private beach. We'll definitely consider spending more time in Bethany & this great property.

The location and beach access were the highlights of our stay. While the property could benefit from a few updates, it was clean, convenient, and located in the desirable Tower Shores community, where rental opportunities are limited. The private beach is a major draw, and we also appreciated the proximity to Matt's Fish Camp, which serves excellent food. The unit is older but was clean when we arrived. The kitchen has only the basic essentials for cooking, and there is no dishwasher. One minor annoyance was the utensil drawer, which screeches loudly when opened and closed.The queen bed could use an upgrade, as it was quite creaky and not especially comfortable. We also noticed a few ants in the kitchen during our stay and mentioned them to the owner. She said she would leave additional ant traps on the porch, although we did not see them prior to our departure. The owner lives nearby and periodically visited the property.A few additional things to note: the washer/dryer are shared between 3 units in the building and are located outside underneath the property. The area beneath the building, including the laundry area, outdoor showers, and yard, is shared among all three units.Driveway parking is tight if you have two vehicles. There is also a pine tree over the driveway that dripped sap onto our car during our stay. We were able to remove it using WD-40 followed by Dawn dish soap but was not easy. Also, VRBO listing says 11 am check out but owner indicated 10 am.
