This well maintained 2BR/2BA condominium is the perfect beach retreat for couples, families, and friends. Enjoy your morning coffee with the beautiful pink sunrises from your private oceanfront balcony. This unit is technically 2nd floor, but the 4 levels of parking garage below, means a fantastic 6th floor ocean front view. Your reservation comes complete with bed & bath linens, beds freshly made upon arrival, paper products & hotel-size soaps to get you started.

The owner has added those special touches for the perfect vacation getaway -- new Keurig coffeemaker, and new regular coffee maker, for those tough morning decisions about what to enjoy on the balcony with breakfast. Ocean views when you wake in the morning right from the master bed (Queen). Freshly updated bedding & decor in both bedrooms. This unit has new laminate flooring throughout, NO carpet. Updated kitchen cabinets, tile backsplash, and kitchen essentials. The owner provides 2 beach chairs for guests use, 2 beach umbrellas & a cooler --just rinse & return please.

A stackable washer/dryer and other updated appliances. Both bathrooms were smartly remodeled in 2019 with custom touches; the master bath is now complete with a modern, walk-in, tile surround shower. The guest bathroom is a spacious shower stall with glass sliders (no tub).

San-A-Bel is in the very popular Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach and has many amenities to offer, including an indoor pool, a large sun deck with an over-sized hot tub, a fitness room that has a great ocean front view for workout motivation! The complex offers beautiful grounds and easy beach access, while outdoor showers make your beach commute even better. Grills are readily available for an afternoon cookout. The best feature is probably the perfect location. Within immediate walking distance of the condo is a beachfront cafe, Molly Darcy's, a summertime favorite, Mr. G's Ice Cream and Grill, Cabana Mart for quick grab-n-go items & a giant beachwear/souvenir shop on the corner.

In the heart of Windy Hill, NMB, is Barefoot Landing, the most popular destination. Enjoy Broadway-style LIVE music productions at The Alabama Theatre. Famous concert performances are a regular at the House of Blues & over 100 shops & restaurants criss-cross the boardwalks over the open waters. The waterfront complex has undergone a huge makeover to bring in fresh new specialty boutiques and great eateries. There are kids attractions & weekly summer outdoor concerts along with fireworks displays. San a bel

We enjoyed our stay here but a few things could have been better. The beds did not seem like queens at all, more like full. We were stuck on the elevator for a few minutes, luckily our husbands were able to manually open the door which when opened was about 5inches from being even with the floor. The air was very cold in one bedroom and warm in the other. Overall cleanliness was good but could use a thorough cleaning of the floors, like next to couch, under shelves in bathroom (a lot of hair). The balcony was great!

Perfect condo for our family!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo made our amazing trip to North Myrtle that much better! The condo was super clean and exactly as described. It is very close to everything. Not more than a 5 minute drive to anything we did in NMB. My biggest complaint is that the check in office was a little hard to find, but that was more of a GPS issue than anything else. The staff in the office were super friendly. They even called during our stay to inform us that the building was shutting off the water for 2 hours to deal with a small plumbing issue. We were missing our swim bands for the pool from our check in folder. The staff was amazing and brought them directly to us at the condo within 30 minutes. All around, we love this condo and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future!
