The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please bring trash cans to the curb if checking out on Saturday.
Please place all provided linens back into the bags they were delivered in and place by the front door. Comforters, shams, and protective covers are not to be removed. They are the owners property
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets are allowed but must not be allowed in/on the beds and/or sofas
Absolutely no grills on deck per Oak Island city ordinance. This is an extreme fire hazard at the beach due to wind
Mattress protectors and pillow protectors are not to be removed. This is the owners property, please do not return to linen company
