Sehr schöne gemütliche und saubere Wohnung. Kann ich bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen. Auch der Vermieter Service sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Agreable petit séjour

Joli petit appartement. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Le tram et la plage sont a 10 min à pieds. La plage est autorisée aux chiens de 18h30 à 9h59, c’est pour cela que nous avons choisi Bredene. Notre seul point négatif est que les assiettes à carreaux sont assez vieilles, certaines font même sales et ne nous ne les avons pas utilisées et Il n’y avait que 3 petites assiettes. Un nouveau service ne serait pas du luxe

Bel appartement, pratique et bien décoré dans une résidence soignée. Seul les wc sont mal placés pour les grands et personnes ayant des difficultés à se mouvoir. Bien situé près de Brugges, Gand voir Bruxelles.

Toiletgangers een Houdini-act

Op zich is het een prima appartement, voorzien van alle gemakken. Alleen het toilet is geplaatst door een architect, die ervan uit ging, dat mensen maximaal 140 cm groot worden. Om deze rede zou ik dit appartement niet meer boeken en dat afraden aan mensen groter dan 140 cm.

Wir wohnen in jedem Bredene Urlaub in der Blutsyde Promenade. Super für Kinder. Der Pool, die Lage, Alles sauber und bequem. Gern wieder!

over het algemeen zijn we tevreden over deze accomodatie; er is voldoende opbergruimte in de keuken voor boodschappen, een grote kleerkast in de slaapkamer, voldoende ruimte voor 2 maar met 4 is dit sowieso een te klein appartement. Het servies in de keuken mag vernieuwd worden en een garde zou handig zijn TV: maakt schel geluid Bed: nieuwe lattenbodem noodzakelijk die geen lawaai maakt bij draaien en keren een klein minpuntje: te weinig plaats voor benen tussen wc en muur.

Alles was zo goed als aanwezig. Echter geen kurkentrekker. Als je gaat met een kleine hond. Let dan wel op dat hij buiten het domein zijn grote behoefte doet. Wij hadden op het moment werken in het appartement boven ons. Die begonnen om 7u30, aangenaam is anders. Voor de rest voortreffelijk en mooi domein. Zeker een aanrader met kleine kinderen.

Agréable emplacement de la résidence.

Très agréable séjour à Bredene malgré un temps froid. Appartement très bien situé et assez confortable pour un séjour en famille. Un seul problème pour un adulte de 1,90 m. le WC face à un mur et situé dans la salle de bain. Manque un peu de vaisselle pour cuisiner (casseroles trop petite). Dommage que le temps médiocre n'a pas pu permettre aux enfants de profiter de la piscine. Sinon le séjour à été excellent et agréable pour moi-même et pour les enfants. Prix raisonnable et endroit agréable.

Appartement dans un environnement calme. Fonctionnel, complet, idéal pour un couple. Seul petit bémol (qui ne nous empêchera pas de revenir), le wc fort proche du mur, pas évident pour les grands gabaris.

Mooie vakantiewoning

Wel enkele minpunten, boiler hangt boven de wc, enkele malen hoofd gestoten. Zetel vervelende kussens, schuiven altijd naar voor. En veel spinnen aan de gordijnen. En voor de rest allemaal pluspunten, is heel mooi ingericht en gezellig. Ik zou het zeker opnieuw boeken !

Huisje ok, maar niet gepoetst

Het appartement zelf is klein, maar licht ingericht. Ok dus. De kraan in de keuken is aan vervanging toe en het schuifraam gaat moeilijk open. Op toilet zitten moet schuin want anders zit je met je knieën tegen de muur. Het appartement heeft een heel goede ligging in het domein. Ook het domein is aangenaam. Het app. Was niet gepoetst: toilet niet doorgetrokken, washandjes in de douche, haren overal. Plekken op vloer en salontafel. Een serieuze tegenvaller!

Toilette steht sehr ungünstig , in der Dusche ist es duster wenn der Vorhang zugezogen wurde . Keine elektrische Entlüftung im Bad. Der Wasserabfluss in der Dusche sehr langsam . Ein Hausmeister /Monteur behob den Schaden nachdem Wasser in der Tiefgarage lief. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche war undicht (war schon Grünspan Ablagerungen) Fliegengitter durfte man nur behutsam beiseiteschieben sonst fiel es aus seiner Verankerung. Vorhänge dürften auch mal wieder gewaschen werden.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Sehr schöne Umgebung, Ruhige Lage aber trotzdem Zentral. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub und wollen auch wiederkommen. Appartement: Sauber und sehr schön, leider keinen Backofen. Bad: das WC konnte nur sehr umständlich benutzt werden da es in eine Ecke vom Bad eingebaut wurde. Dusche auch sehr klein. Schlafzimmer: ziemlich klein und die Matratze ist alt und durchgelegen.

Super schöne Anlage. Toller Pool und schöne Terrasse. Alles aber sehr klein wir waren mit 4 erwachsenen da. Aber trotzdem sehr schön. Warte aber schon über eine Woche auf die rück Überweisung der Kaution..
