We stayed in room 106 and it was NOT what the listed photos look like. The couch was a ripped futon and the chair was a wicker chair with a cushion in it. The children’s room had a door that led outside (which wasn’t depicted in any other photos). The shower hadn’t been cleaned and had pubic hair in it. There was mold on the windowsills and the tub was cracked and rusting with sharp edges near the drain. There were roaches crawling in the main bedroom and bathroom. The “beach access” they give you directions for is gated off and you can’t access the beach without finding somewhere to park near a public entrance. If it rains the parking lot floods so be prepared to walk through ankle deep water to get to your car. The only positive things I can say are that the front of the building was as described in photos and the beds were comfortable.

The absolute worst property we've ever experienced. It was unsanitary and unsafe. There was food splatter around the walls of the stove top, a deteriorated, corroded and filthy dishwasher, exposed cable wires, the slider wouldn't lock, lamps didn't work, cabinet handles were missing, the tub/shower lever was duct taped closed as was the vent above the shower. Every day we found a new issue. On day two we discovered the salamander family living under the oven as they would scurry across the floor then return. On night 3 the toilet had been loose from the floor, but when we returned at 1:AM the unit WREAKED of septic. We finally couldn't tolerate it any more and left. I can take a lot so never spoke up as my kids didn't want me to be a "difficult", but after the smell, we couldn't get out fast enough. Communication before check in was frustrating as no one ever picked up the phone and voicemail box was read as full. That should have been our first clue. It was my daughter's college graduation, so were never in the unit during the day and no other hotels were available. Every night got progressively worse. DO NOT STAY HERE. Still arguing for a refund. We have no idea how this could pass as rentable. The Board of Health has been called.
