Beautiful, bright, and updated Pelican Bay 2 bedroom/2 bath condo on the second floor with private entryway. The condo boasts an open floor concept and high ceilings to create great space for gathering and relaxing. The lanai off the living room is tranquil with views of the pool and gardens.

The condo is located within Serendipity on the south side of Pelican Bay. Pelican Bay offers three miles of private beachfront with complimentary beach chair and umbrella service, two ocean-side restaurants, tram service, tennis, pickleball, sailing, kayaking, canoeing, fitness center, biking and walking trails and more. The condo is close to the Pelican Bay south beach, 1 mile to Waterside Shops and dining, 0.8 miles to Artis-Naples, 2.5 miles to Venetian Village, 5 miles to Mercato, and 7.5 miles to downtown Naples.

The unit has wide plank Coretec flooring throughout, a dedicated dining space, and updated kitchen with bistro table, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and pantry and cabinets offer plenty of storage space. The unit also offers a separate laundry room with washer and dryer.

The large master bedroom has a walk-in closet and the upgraded master bathroom has two sinks, granite countertops, walk-in shower, and updated fixtures and toilet. The second bedroom has two beds and a large closet, and the second full bathroom is updated with new vanity, faucet and porcelain sink and toilet.

90-days rental in-season and minimum 60-days rental during off-season. Condo association and Pelican Bay also require a 30-day lead-time to approve renter applications.

My stay at this impeccable, tastefully decorated condo couldn't have been more perfect. The space is beautifully appointed and well stocked with all the necessities to make guests comfortable. Jim and Katrina were very responsive hosts for any small issue or question that came up.
