About this property

This two story villa is a delightful spacious and airy home which invites peaceful relaxation. It is minutes away from all the fun, activity and excitement that one could wish for! Whether it is the many theme park attractions, golf courses, airboat rides or just a swim in the pool.

Our house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Lake Wilson Preserve, a quiet community of villas designed to be perfect vacation homes. The massive south-facing pool deck with a beautiful blue in-ground pool and heated spa, backs onto the preserved native woodland making it one of the most desirable locations you could find. The sheltered exit from the house to the pool deck has a lovely eating area shaded from the sun and a full bathroom with a stand up shower, for washing off after your swim. Should you want to heat the pool and spa, it can be done at an additional cost.

The enormous master bedroom has a tiled walk-out balcony looking out onto the lush forest. The bed is king-size, and the addition of a sofa makes a comfy reading nook at one end of the room. The full on-suite bathroom has an additional soaker-tub. Two other bedrooms and a full bathroom complete the upper floor. The fourth bedroom is on the main floor and has a queen-size bed and adjacent full bathroom. The garage is where you will find the game room.

Great vacation in a great villa

This is a lovely spacious villa in a great neighbourhood. We got chatting to one one of the neighbours during our stay. It is very well situated for the parks. This is the second time we have rented this villa. The new owners Christine and John have maintained the villa to a high standard, all communication during the rental process was great. We don’t have anything negative to say about the property, in fact we have already decided that we would like to stay in this villa again when we return to Florida in near future.

Large property in peaceful location

Lovely large house with a huge master en-suite. Very peaceful location backing onto woods, we even saw a raccoon! One small, non urgent issue was dealt with very swiftly by the property manager. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay in a great villa

Really helpful host with excellent communication in the lead up to the stay. Villa was clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Pool area was lovely and relaxing. The pool heating meant the pool was always warm and the spa was very relaxing. Beds were comfortable and master bedroom is huge. Great location for I4 up to the parks - even better when the roadworks are completed. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous time in Orlando. It really is the happiest place on earth.

This villa is fantastic. Honestly felt so at home. Everything was provided. We had such a good time will be booking again for 2021 (need time to save up).

August family vacation

Overall the Villa was good. Its in a great location for the Disney parks and the area is quiet with various shops and restaurants nearby. The only negative points were some areas of the villa were dusty and appear not to be cleaned for some time. There`s no safe which I think is a must these days. The pool furniture has been left out in the rain this meant we were unable to sit on the cushions as these were soaking wet although after a couple of days they has dried out. A final note this was a good holiday but the I4 is the worst I have seen in the last 20 years of holidaying in Florida !!

Lovely location

We had a lovely holiday in Orlando made all the better by this well presented well located house. Situated in a secluded close, it’s well away from any hustle and bustle and backs on to a wooded area but is only 20min max from the Disney parks. It has all the amenities that you would need and the spa and pool were a relaxing treat to come back to after long days spent at the parks. This house would easily accommodate two families and was bigger than we needed but the low price and positive reviews are what hooked us! Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Russell

Excellent property - good hosts - would book again

We had a fabulous 20 days stay over Christmas and New Year. Having older children, and visited the area so many times, we don't do many theme park days and so spent a lot of our time at the house. It is a lovely, spacious, clean property in an idyllic setting backing onto the trees. The children loved the regular visits by local wildlife, many birds, eagles and a raccoon with 4 babies in tow. We even rescued a turtle from the middle of the road out the front (just moved it to safety, we didn't let it use the pool!!) My only tiny negative (and may not matter to most people) was the relatively small amount of crockery for a property this size. Could do with more dinner and side plates for 7 of us. There are enough to eat from but a few extra for serving up would be ideal. Also, an airer to hang the pool towels up to dry would be a nice addition. As I said, these are minor issues, overall we had an amazing time and as an independent travel agent I would definitely recommend this property to my customers. Thank you.

Great villa in perfect location

We spent three weeks here in October 2018. The villa is fantastic, we loved it and had a great time. We have been to Davenport Florida about 5 times in the past few years and I have to say that this is the best villa we have stayed in. The owners are great with good communication, the management company was also excellent. We plan to return to Florida in a couple of years and I hope we are able to stay in this villa again.

Perfect place for a perfect holiday.

Can't fault any part of our stay in this lovely villa. The information prior to staying was excellent and to have the management company pay a courtesy visit on our first morning was first class. We had a wonderful stay here and found the accommodation spacious , clean and above all in a beautiful location. We will be ensuring we book here again in the future as it made a wonderful base for our holiday. Thanks Russ, we will be in touch about coming back!

Fantastic stay, didn’t want to come home.

Lovely big property and a peaceful location. Pool gets sun most of the day and the upstairs balcony was an added bonus. Location is great and close to Disney and celebration. Two mins down the road to great pizza place, smoothie cafe, publix, CVS etc. We didn’t want to leave and will be back.

Very nice villa in a great location

I have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again. Nice location not overlooked and the pool area is South facing so has sun all day. The villa is well equipped and nicely maintained.

Fantastic property & service

Great communication from Russ the owner, with fast response from booking. Beautiful home with every amenity you could need including pool & hot tub. Location was perfect providing peaceful surroundings of the preserve yet only 15/20 minute drive to attractions & restaurants. Management on standby and Ian was very efficient at solving any issues or questions we may have. Thoroughly recommend this property and will definitely be returning.

Lovely spacious villa

We had a fantastic stay in this villa,it is clean,comfortable and well equipped.The location is excellent we were able to get every where very easily but we liked the fact Lake Wilson Preserve is tucked away a little.Backing onto the nature reserve is also a bonus. Publix supermarket is 5mins drive away which is very handy,also Dunkin donuts for a coffee and hot chocolate. Russell is very easy to deal with and answered my numerous questions quickly! Also a mention to Coral and Ian the managers who called round on our first morning to show us how to sort pool spa,A/C etc had never had this before and found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this villa.and will stay here again.

Home away from home

We enjoyed the property! My teenage daughter and I were in town for a competition. It was close to the venue, close to the Disney Parks, but still had the accessibility as if you were at home. Local shopping, fast food, etc. Neighborhood was peaceful. We spent some time outside relaxing. Plenty of room inside and out

Great location and very nice owners

Loved the proximity to the parks, grocery stores etc. The owners Christine and John were very nice, fair and quick to respond to any questions. The property could use a few upgrades and some TLC which is not the fault of the owners, its the cleaning company. The pool was wonderful and we loved the lanai. They provided the cutest floaties and pool toys. Lounge pillows need to be replaced due to mold etc. Otherwise, great stay!

Great rental!!

This property was great!! Very spacious and clean. Had a great time with the game room. There was a problem with the pool heat, but the property owners were on top of it and fixed it in less than 12hrs. We will definitely rent here again if it is available. My kids and husband were very pleased as well!! It was also very close to all universal and Disney attractions.

Family Florida Vacation

Our family had a lovely time in this villa. The house was spacious, clean and well laid out. The only problem we encountered was that the heat for the pool and spa wasn’t working when we arrived. It appears the property management company had not checked it before our arrival and a broken part needed to be replaced on the spa. John was fantastic during this time, giving us numerous daily updates on the status. Everything was fixed and working for the last half of our week. We juggled our schedule around so that we were able to spend the last few days at the house and enjoy the pool, spa and lanai. The area is quiet and private, yet close to amenities. Overall we had an excellent vacation.
