Our luxurious air-conditioned villa is a true home away from home situated in the prestigious Silver Creek area. Its position is ideal for easy access to everything that has made central Florida one of the most popular destinations in the world. Silver creek is located 1 mile north along highway 27 after the junction with the 192. The villa is a perfect base from which to visit all the attractions and shopping malls, or dine at one of the many nearby restaurants, or to simply relax by the south facing pool/spa and enjoy the sunshine and the views over the lake.

The accommodation, with 4 bedrooms spread over 2 floors, is ideal for two families sharing. The comfortable great room/lounge is equipped with a 55” led television, and provides guests with a pleasant area to relax in comfort after a hectic day at the parks, shopping or sight-seeing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including - large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal + all utensils and crockery.

The villa is registered, licensed and professionally managed. The management company ensures that the villa is maintained to the highest standard. They ensure that the villa is fully cleaned for your arrival, provide a friendly and professional service to make you feel welcome, and can be contacted at any time during your stay. You can contact them by phone or in person at the office which is located a few minutes away.

Great house in quiet location

The house was in a lovely area overlooking a small lake. The facilitities were exactly as advertised. The pool & spa were lovely. We loved the pool heat especially when using it in the morning. A tranquil place to unwind but not too far from the theme parks.We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property. Downtown Clermont is a nice place to visit too.

Excellent in every way

We’ve rented several villas over the years and this bested all of them. The villa was extremely clean, well-maintained and well-appointed. I really can’t find fault! We loved the added bonus of the pool table, as well as cooling off in the pool. Rear aspect is private and the neighbourhood is quiet yet near to shops and restaurants. The owner, Joanne, was a pleasure to deal with and extremely responsive. Questions were answered within hours or sometimes minutes. Thank you very much for welcoming us into your lovely vacation home. We will definitely recommend to others and look forward to returning!

Wonderful accommodation

The accommodation was spotlessly clean, pool and view of the lake are great. Really well decorated throughout. There was only one VERY tiny thing and that was there was no bbq as detailed and I emailed several times to ask about it but had no reply. I would definitely recommend this property as that was the only minor thing we could find fault with everything else was brilliant 😀

Amazing villa!!!!

The property was amazing and the host has been excellent from start to finish. We initially booked this villa for 2020 but covid meant we couldn't travel. Joanne was so helpful during this and was a pleasure to deal with. So we finally go to the villa and wow!!!! Clean, spacious, great location, well equipped and everything about the place was flawless. New air conditioning unit was so quiet and efficient that you didn't know it was on. The only criticism I could have was that the pictures really don't do the place justice! Outstanding, best holiday property we have ever rented. Thanks Joanne!

Fabulous Villa - I highly recommend

This villa was fantastic. We have stayed in dozens of villas over the years and this is the best yet. Everything in the villa is top quality and you can tell the owners really take pride in the property. It was immaculate and clean. Beds were really comfortable - which I find difficult to get in Florida villas! The pool area has an amazing outlook over the lake and was so peaceful. To anyone looking for a villa - you can book this one with confidence - the reality is even better than the pictures.

Villa in quiet location

The owner was great with communication which was very helpful and reassuring. The villa is great for families. Plenty of games in the house and in the garage which has a pool table and a football game. The Villa is an ok distance from Disney but Universal studios is more of a problem because delays and roadworks are on I-4. The villa’s en-suite bathroom probably needs a bit of an upgrade but it was clean and presentable. The super king bed was very comfy which is always a bonus. The lanai has 4 sun beds so if 8 of you staying 4 of the party will be unlucky! The pool was very nice and compact with a jacuzzi type pool at one end. The view from the pool area was lovely overlooking a lake with wild birds and terrapins. Very peaceful. I would recommend this Villa, it was a hassle free booking and was a good base to explore the parks and other attractions. Plenty of supermarkets nearby and a five guys had just opened whilst we were there 5 mins away by car. We have stayed in Orlando many times over the years and this Villa is as good as any I have stayed in.

Great 2 Weeks in Florida

We've just returned from a 2 weeks stay at this property. The property had everything we needed as our base for the thrills and spills of Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World as well as the tranquillity of Clearwater Beach. The property itself is on an estate and backs on to a lovely lake. It is also clean and well equipped. Even to the point that there was a spare UK converter plug and iPhone charger although we didn't need them. Everything else you would expect from a villa was there plus things like board games, DVDs, magazines and books as well as Nintendo Wii in one of the bedrooms. There was even a cooler box and cool packs which we used when we went to the beach and to the water parks. The pool was clean and a good temperature (without the heating), there was a gas BBQ available and the sun covers the back part of the house for most of the day. Disney is about 25 mins drive, Universal about 40 mins drive and Clearwater Beach about 1hr 40 mins. Bearing in mind everywhere is a drive away in Orlando then this location was great for us. There are a few shops nearby such as Wall Mart as well as a number of 7 Eleven and Wawa type mini marts and fuel stations. There are also lots of restaurants on the 192 which is 5-10 mins away. Finally, the owner was very prompt at answering any questions I had. All in all we had a great time and would stay at this villa again in the future,

Very enjoyable stay. The home was great and the south facing pool was awesome.

I would definitely recommend this villa. The drive to the parks varies with time of day but about 25minutes to 35minutes to Disney Springs and the drive is very straightforward. It's good to stay away from the parks as the restaurant choice gets bigger and it's so close to a Walmart if you need anything. The villa itself has a good big TV in the main room with each room having their own TV's. The south facing pool is a big advantage. There is plenty of towels and the beds are comfy. In my opinion the decor is done very well and done with pride. I made the mistake of putting too many heavy things in the fridge door which made the door come open very easily which is just common sense. The washer and dryer worked really well and the games room was good. I enjoyed my stay and my 3 year old already misses what he calls 'the big house'. He wants to know when we are going back. The owners have a very nice home and a big thank you for letting it out for our stay.

From the time that we booked the property to the time that we left everything was effortless and relaxed. Joanne was very helpful throughout and had some great suggestions for eateries and activities in the local area. The house was everything and more that the site detailed. The house was immaculate and beautiful with a perfect location. Waking up each morning and sitting outside having breakfast overlooking the lake was great. The perfect location for a relaxing base for all the Orlando attractions. We would strongly recommend this property and will be sure to return here in the future.

Great place, highly recommended

We have stayed in this area before and highly recommend this as a place to stay, it's close to parks and near by shops. The area is well kept and peaceful with lovely views over the pond. The property was lovely, it was well kept and as described and looked as it did in the pictures. Nice and spacious and the games room was a nice touch too. Owners are really nice and made the whole booking process nice and simple. Highly recommended.

Excellent Villa

We stayed for 15 nights, and what an excellent well maintained villa. The situated area is quite clean and well maintain as well. Wallmart (ASDA) is a 5 mins drive. Disney parks are 15 mins away. Seaworld, Universal studios 30mins away. Perfert for our holiday. All of the pictures are upto date and current. Good communication from the owner, all of your queries are answered within 24 hours. Before you arrive we were sent a welcome pack via email with all the details. And on arrival all the information you need is in a folder. Perfect holiday, location and villa. Thank you.

We stayed at the house, it was very nice. Probably the best thing about staying at a house when visiting Disney is the space and privacy which there is. The pool was very nice and the second floor gives the children a place of their own.

Great Home

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this home. We came for a week at Disney. Everything was very convenient with a short drive to the parks. A hurricane hit during our stay and the home was super safe and we experienced no flooding or damage. Owners were very responsive no matter what questions we had. My husband and I have been visiting Orlando for many years, and over the years we have rented many houses in this area. When our family was young, we quickly realized that staying in a house was much more enjoyable with children rather than staying in a hotel room. In addition to this, it was also much more economical, as a house like ours can easily be shared with another family if desired. We purchased this home to use for our vacations. The home was quite well maintained when we purchased it in January of 2015. We have added our own personal flare and upgrades to make it our own, and more desirable for our guests.

Why they chose this property

We choose this property because of the close proximity to Disney, and because of the water view in the back. The pool/spa area is so peaceful without any rear neighbors, and made private with hedging along the side.

What makes this property unique

What makes this home different from all the other rental homes is the privacy in the back yard, and the fact that it backs on to a lake. We are so close to everything, yet the neighborhood is quiet and safe. We have an amazing south facing pool with a lanai and ceiling fan for those hot days when you need a break from the sun, and loads of local wildlife.
