This spacious newly renovated 4 bed 3 bath has all the amenities of home so all you need to do is pack your bags and come on down to the most magical place in the world. Just 20 minutes to Disney and shops. Minutes away from Championsgate golf courses. This villa has a full pool and Spa tub (not hot tub) heat is included, screen lanai and backs onto a lush conservation in the backyard no one to bother you while you enjoy your vacation in Orlando. We also have added a games room made up of Darts, ping pong and Table soccer as well. This property is close to I4, restaurants, shops and movie theaters.

This is a beautiful home away from home with space for everyone in your family. The spacious and well equipped kitchen was wonderful for our stay. The 3 full baths were lovely and allowed everyone to get ready quickly. This is a great location within a short distance from all the great Florida attractions!

It was a great man cave for the short time we were there. My only wish was the pool stayed on after 8 PM. The hot tub was fantastic.

There was plenty of room for all of us, and the kids enjoyed the pool. The neighborhood was quiet. The street is a little narrow with the cars parking on the road, but not a huge problem because there isn't lots of traffic. Lots of development around the area and once the road construction is done around the area commute times to the attractions should improve. Overall a very good value for the cost.

The host was great in the beginning. The house was amazing but at the end turned off the Wi-Fi so there was not able to communicate that we woke up late and alarm did not go off.

Glad you enjoyed your stay As far as wifi unfortunately i dont own spectrum cable.there was a polk county outage which if your familiar with Florida happens at least once per month. Besides that there are several ways to get a hold of me if you are going to check out late cell phone, landline. Dont ever try to say that Me the owner shut down wifi because you know thats a lie. Simple communication is best but no hard feelings your welcome back anytime
