Was an Amazing stay! Very clean and comfy, Christine the owner is VERY nice and VERY accommodating! Was a Great place to stay while Exploring Copper Harbor and Great hiking close to Cabin ( Canyon Falls and Silver Mountain) If ever back in the area we would definitely stay here again! So peaceful and Quiet!
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. We were able to check in an hour early and more importantly we're able to bring our dogs. Christine was super friendly and helpful and will definitely want to come back again. The sharing said at the end of the road was the best thing for the kids they had games and puzzles and things to keep the kids busy throughout the day.
We had a nice time staying at the cozy and clean cabin #7. Christine left the light on for us and was very accommodating. Hopefully we can do some fishing next time.
This was the perfect location and setting for us to get away and to be able to visit our son who is attending college in Houghton. The cabin was clean as a whistle. The property was clearly very well kept. We will be back again!
This was our first stay here and we will ABSOLUTELY stay here again!! We chose it because they allow multiple large sized dogs (hard to find!) And we were so pleased! It was quiet, peaceful, beautiful, wonderful!!!
Our daughter had a great time and the dogs did great. The lake was wonderful to spend a day fishing.
We had a ball at Christine's place! We had other family staying in cabin two across from us and that cabin is awesome!! The sauna is nice and lots to do there. Bugs didn't even bother us too much... But I wish we would've had a fly swatter. We'd definitely stay there again!
The little touches made this quaint UP cabin a joy to stay in. Fresh flowers inside, potted flowers on porch, reading lights with shelf to charge phone & to place glasses by each bed, nice towels & bedding. Owner is third generation owner & has a lending library with variety of book topics plus games & puzzles. The location was centered so could easily explore parts of western UP. Owner even turned on our porch light when we came back after dark. It was so relaxing by Otter Lake. There were boats available with cabin or you could use a public boat launch nearby.
Very nice cabins with very comfortable beds. Lake is beautiful also, just a little bit too buggy for us to sit down there to enjoy. Overall- we were very happy with our stay and would come back!
Christine is such a wonderful host! She is personable and goes above and beyond to make the stay memorable! The cabin is cleaned thoroughly and ready for our arrival. The personal touches such as candy and flowers on the table is welcoming! The sauna once again was the big hit! There is a nice restaurant not too far that has good food. The store down the way has groceries to cook at the cabin. We love this place and highly recommend!
Lovely quaint little property with a generational
History. Great base location for sightseeing around the UP, and best of all our dog was allowed too.

Located by beautiful lake with free access of row boat, canoe and kayak. I really enjoyed kayaking. From this place took scenic drive to copper harbor. Very pleasant.
What a sweet little get away! Our cozy cabin had everything we needed, the sauna was wonderful and the lake is great for kayaking. Christine was very available and friendly. Loved our stay.
Upon arrival to our cabin we were welcomed with fresh cut flowers, chocolate and a doggie towel for our dog. The cabin was clean and set up with all the necessities. With only 7 cabins on site, it was quiet. The use of the boat was excellent as we were able to fish Otter Lake from other points. The walk to the lake was not far at all. The sauna experience was wonderful! My family of four played badminton with the outdoor play equipment provided. We relaxed on the bench overlooking the lake. Having our morning coffee outside on the deck will be sorely missed! Christine was very accommodating and pleasant with every interaction! First time renting through Vrbo, but I'm glad we did with this location!
