Red Pine Rental, your up north getaway.

Come relax and enjoy all northern Michigan has to offer. Our cozy apartment is just a few blocks from downtown Boyne City. Where you can enjoy great restaurants and sandy beaches in just minutes.

Walking distance to Avalanche Mountain Preserve. With 300 plus acres of woodlands, hiking & mountain biking trails, and disc golf. Snowshoeing and cross country skiing in the winter months.

For all the skiers and golfers out there we are just 10 minutes from Boyne Mountain.

Guest have access to the apartment, the deck, and parking spaces. There is a small outdoor space with a picnic table and charcoal grill. Charcoal and lighter fluid is located in small tote underneath the deck.
We also provide a beach bag with five beach towels.

Great Space Quiet Location

We had a great stay in Boyne! The place exceeded our expectations with its adorable decor and amount of space! We were in and out with ease and even extended a day with ease! Bring bikes to make town a bit more accessible as it is just out of dodge enough!

A wonderful weekend get away. Close to town and extremely clean and comfortable. Creature comforts were provided by the host and made for a wonderful stay. The way the cottage is set up, it would be perfect for a young family on a ski weekend. But, it was also great for a older couple looking to hide out and play some golf.

Good location, comfortable

This location was conveniently located and served the needs of 3 friends visiting the Boyne City/Charlevoix area. The only comments against a full 5 star was the listing. It was not clear at first on the listing that this was not in a house but rather an apartment with a full flight of stairs to climb. Probably my confusion but that was a very slight issue with one guest. I also found that not being able to determine the exact location gave me some concern as there were 3 people coming from different directions. Not a problem just my first time doing this and not used to the standards. The apartment was very nice and gave us room to gather in the living space and each have their own bed. One room is bunk beds so the most nimble of friends managed the top bulk. The apartment is well kept with nice amenities for the kitchen and bath. It was helpful to one traveller to have a washer/dryer to use.

I would invite Julie to take the time to read my listing again and fully. Also I would recommend she read all listing fully in the future. Everything that Julie complain about “apartment, steps, bunk beds” was clearly listed in my property description. In my listing it clearly states it’s an apartment, with steps. Also included is a list of all sleeping arrangements noted bunk beds again with pictures. Julies review is unfair. Julie in the future please read the listing completely before you book. Had you done this in the first places you could have found a better VRVO to better suit you needs.

We LOVED this property. It was super cute and clean. Great location. We were there to ski and boyne mountain and the highlands. The property was an easy drive to both locations. We loved the town. Everything about this stay was better than expected. Everything you could think of needing was provided. We are looking forward to an excuse to stay here again!

The place was great! Easy check in/checkout. Easy to find. Great location. Close to hiking trails, beach, town, etc.. Andrea truly thought of everything! Kitchen had all new cooking pots, pans and utensils. Lots of towels, beds were comfy. We stayed for a week and it was perfect! We will be back.
