Relax & Chill Beachside Condo
This immaculately clean & sanitized condo has 2 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. The completely updated kitchen has everything you need and the full-size washer and dryer make for a stress-free vacation. The large living room is a great place to gather or head to the dining room to play cards, enjoy meals, and make memories. Enjoy coffee from the giant deck or watch the sunset while you sip on a cocktail. Your vacation holiday awaits! Max two dogs, up to 20lbs, pet fee is $25/pet per day. Dog must be disclosed prior to check-in and fee paid in advance.
Check-in must be between the hours of 3pm - 9pm, late Check-ins must be pre- approved by Property Manager. Pet (dogs only max 20lbs) are allowed but they must be pre-approved and have pet fee $25 per pet per day max 2 dogs paid within 2 days of booking. No smoking inside or on the balcony, you must go down to parking area in front of lobby to smoke. If the there is any evidence of smoking be it ashes or smell you will be charged $500.00
Heated Pool, Covered parking for one car, additional limited guest parking on main parking deck, grill by the ocean. NO TRAILER PARKING ALLOWED.

Provided: 3 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, hand soap, dish soap (small bottle), 1 roll paper towels, 1 trash bag per bin, 3 dish soaps and three laundry pods.
Guests will be required to provide a photo ID and credit card for security deposit ($300). Security deposit is a pre-authorization, not an actual charge, unless there is damage or missing items. Authorization is removed within 48 hours of check-out.
Pet fee is $50 per pet per stay, must have pre-approval and must disclose pets upon booking and pay pet fee within two days of booking.
This is a non-smoking unit-we don`t care what you smoke, just do it outside. Any smoke smell in home or evidence of smoking in home will result in complete loss of security deposit. If you smoke in the home, it both is unfair to the owner that is working hard to keep their unit nice and to the next guest that rented a smoke-free home. It`s Florida, this is non-negotiable so please understand.
We have our cleaners thoroughly clean and sanitize the home between each guest. We also ask our guests to please do the following at check-out if they find it in their heart to help us out (as you may have heard, there`s a labor shortage so these things help us out but if you don`t want to do them it`s no big deal).
1. Put used linens in a pile.
2. Turn off all lights, fans can be left on.
3. Turn off TVs, coffee makers and other electronics.
4. All dishes should either be cleaned or put into dishwasher and start dishwasher cycle. This is to avoid dishes getting crusty and attracting bugs.
5. Please load one load of towels into washing machine and start.
6. Return any books, games, beach items, etc (beach items should be rinsed outside to get rid of any excess sand).
7. Empty any outdoor ashtrays, clean up any cigarette butts.
8. Empty all food from refrigerator.
9. Make sure keys are left in lockbox ($50 per key replacement).
10. Wipe down countertops and leave home the way you found it.
11. Turn A/C to 78 degrees prior to departure (Pretty please do this one).
12. Drive or fly home safely and come back and see us soon!
Damage Waiver Disclaimer:
I. AGREEMENT
On behalf of Salty Dog Vacations, LLC, the party authorized to rent the vacation rental property and the owner of the vacation rental property, Waivo has assumed the responsibility for damages as outlined below and waives Your security deposit up to $2,500, the waiver limit purchased by You, the renter, for your stay at the vacation rental property.
Waivo is hereby responsible for theft or direct damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of Your acts or omissions. Waivo will pay the lesser of the cost of repairs or the cost to replace the property up to $2,500. This waiver does not negate your responsibilities as a renter for items outside of Waivo’s responsibilities.
This is not an agreement to provide insurance. You are buying a waiver of the security deposit otherwise due as part of Your vacation rental property lease agreement.
II. EXCLUSIONS
This Security Deposit Waiver will not pay for damages or theft resulting from:
1. Acts of God
2. Prior damage, cosmetic damage, or normal wear and tear
3. Theft without a valid police report if over $250
4. Loss of use of the vacation rental property
5. Rodent, termite, infestation, or wild animal
6. Damage to a motorized vehicle
7. Fine art, collectibles, or sets of items
This Waiver will not pay for damage or theft of property owned by You.
This Waiver will not pay for costs associated with odor, debris removal, backups of sewers and drains, landscaping, marring, maintenance, or mechanical breakdown.
III. CONDITIONS
Waivo has the sole authority to determine the nature and extent of damages, necessary repairs, and eligibility for the waiver, and shall exercise that authority in a reasonable manner.
Waivo reserves the right to determine if damage is eligible for reimbursement at actual cash value.
This Waiver will pay for excessive cleaning, as a direct result of damage, over and above the normal cleaning fee. An irreparable stain or spillage is considered damage.
This Waiver is only effective for a one-time single continuous stay, of up to 90 days, for which You purchased the Waiver. It takes effect when You occupy the vacation rental property and terminates when You depart the same vacation rental property.
This Waiver is only effective if any theft or damage is reported to Waivo by You, the property manager, the online travel agent or the owner of the vacation rental property within 14 days of Your departure from the vacation rental property.
Waivo will not respond to damage or theft under $50 US dollars.
If there is a dispute related to these terms, mediation is required before any party may file litigation. In the event of litigation, all parties waive the right to a jury trial.
