Easygoing light filled apartment in a duplex in the heart of downtown Carolina Beach. Plenty of off-street parking. Two blocks from Britt Donuts and 3 blocks to the boardwalk and the ocean. A calm place to kick off your shoes and relax. Pets welcome. This upstairs apartment has a fenced top landing so pets can be outside and contained when you are in.

Great location, comfortable stay

Just what we needed for our beach trip. Clean and comfortable, easy walk to beach access point and boardwalk. I made a mistake when I made our reservation and the owner/agent was very helpful in correcting it.

Before the Craziness

My son has bone graft surgery coming soon and part of his 6 year old bucket list was to spend some time at the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We saved so much money on parking by being able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. This will definitely be a place we will revisit!!

Pros: Location was excellent- we were able to walk to the beach. Host was responsive and accommodating. Easy check in. Floors and linens were clean. Cons: Mold present on the bedroom and bathroom ceilings and in the A/C vents in the rooms. The shower is tiny- no bathtub.

Its a great location, but the water pressure was low and we spotted roaches in the kitchen.

Parking space was tight, but overall the place was not bad.
