Located in Medford, this holiday home is in the city centre and in the mountains. Stewart Meadows Golf Course and DANCIN Vineyards are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Rogue Valley Growers and Crafters Market and Rogue Valley Mall. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at The RRRink or Lithia & Driveway Fields. Take the opportunity to explore the area for outdoor excitement like hiking.
Few suggestions: mow lawn. Provide a cutting board, soap and shampoo in showers, tissues, bedside lamps (that work), sheet with WIFI password and local things to do, better towels. Upstairs hot water in sinks wasn't able to regulate. Great location. Very clean.
My buddy and I were traveling through on a golf trip. Stayed here both on the way dow and the way back. Was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect for us. The host was very accommodating, answered all our questions and provided great communication.
Host was helpful, house was clean and was a great central location between downtown medford and Jacksonville.

All of the towels were sitting in the dryer for who knows how long, smelled like mildew. The AC in upstairs bedroom did not work, barely sleepable in summer. WiFi code was not present. No hand soap in downstairs bathroom, one single roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Upstairs bathroom had soap scum on the floor. Doesn’t appear to be sanitized since the last tenant.
Plenty of space and enough beds for my big family. House is cute, you can tell it’s been renovated recently. Master bathroom shower is really big and tiled. House is also close to the city and attractions. Owner is kind and responsive to questions. 2nd time staying at this property. Would definitely stay again!!

It was a nice quiet place, wish I could’ve stayed longer.
Kitchen supplies were adequate, but not really made for large family cooking. Part of the reason we stay at a house instead of a motel is the ability to cook. We made it work, but had to use multiple pots and pans instead of 1 large pot or pan for many of the things we made.
We enjoyed our stay here. When we first arrived, the cleaning staff was on their way. We left for dinner and came back to a clean house. We had what we needed for the 3 nights we were in town and plenty of room for me, my husband, three daughters and my mom. Fair price and decent place to stay. I’m sure we would stay here again if we come back through this area.
House was lovely & very clean, kids room had a few extras that was really appreciated; great communication with host. I had a couple of last minute questions and they were so helpful. Thanks!
We had a wonderful time at this property! It was our first stop of our road trip along the Pacific Northwest. House was very clean and met our needs. Close to many activities in the Rogue Valley. Beds are very comfortable and owner was quick to respond when we had any questions. Nice quiet neighborhood! Check in and check out process was super easy, I highly recommend this property.
This was a nice enough place for a family gathering, but there were a few things that needed improvement. There were no house numbers on it. There were no kitchen towels that we could find, and a couple of the bath towels had stains. Dust was pretty thick under a bed and there was no bulb in the bedside lamp.
In general, this was a great place for us because of the location near our event at Fichtner-Mainwaring Park. Only concern was the dishes in the dishwasher weren’t clean and I’m assuming that was just an oversight.

Thank you for your booking Carol. Glad you enjoyed your stay. I just checked with our housekeeper and she said she thought she started the dishwasher, but apparently it was not started before your arrival. I apologize for the oversight. We will make sure this doesn't happen again in the future. Thanks again
The property is located between Medford and Jacksonville. It is in a quiet neighborhood. The house is on a large lot. There are three bedroom that are separated from each other. Two are on the first floor and one is on the second. Very nice home.

Thankfully, we were only booked for one night, as we encountered several significant issues during our stay:Heating: We arrived at 7 PM to a freezing house (30F outside). The heat was off, and an upstairs window was left open. The mini-splits took hours to warm the rooms, and most remotes were missing. After searching everywhere for remotes for each unit, we messaged the host to let them know there weren't any remotes to turn on the majority of the heaters - they let us know that the remote was "universal".Kitchen: The kitchen was poorly stocked. There were no cups (only wine glasses) and zero forks (found a few in the dishwasher). The dishwasher was full of dishes upon arrival—the host said they "should be" clean, but we had no way of knowing, as some still looked dirty, so we hand-washed them before using them. There was also no dishwasher detergent provided to run it ourselves.Amenities: The main bathroom had no toilet paper, and the upstairs bath had only half a roll. (The host did drop off extras after we messaged them).Towels: Despite booking for 5 guests, only 4 were provided.Overall, the house was not prepped or ready for guests.

Thank you for your feedback, Lanell. I’m truly sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet expectations. While I wish you’d had a more comfortable experience, I do appreciate you taking the time to share these details.
To clarify a few points: the mini-split remotes are indeed universal and can control all units, which is why only one is typically left out—but we did clarify that once you reached out and it is also listed with all the other house instructions in the instructios manual on the kitchen counter set out before every arrival. As for the kitchen supplies and towels, we do aim to stock according to guest count, so I’ll be reviewing our prep checklist with the team to ensure nothing gets missed. Regarding the dishwasher, it had just completed a cycle before your arrival, but I completely understand your hesitation if some items didn’t look fully clean.
I’m grateful you reached out during your stay so I could drop off extra toilet paper, and I’m sorry again for the chilly start and the open window—that’s not the welcome I want guests to have. Your comments are helpful, and I’ll be using them to make sure future stays are better prepared and more comfortable.

The house is lovely and has potential but we were very disappointed during our stay. Major issue was cleanliness. Our feet were covered in dirt from walking a little bit around the house. They upstairs bathroom was obviously not cleaned because there were poop stains in the toilet and fresh feet prints on the bathroom rug next to the shower. A dirty bed sheet shoved in the corner of the laundry room. The lower twin bed was not made. The AC unit in the living room drips water onto the couch just under it. The AC unit in one of the bedrooms is extremely loud. Missing an AC unit controller in another room. We had ONE hand soap dispenser that was obviously watered down. There was no shampoo. The water to the fridge was not hooked up. Hardly any dishes to use for cooking in a rental that allows 6 people. Would not recommend.
It was a very nice house. It had plenty of room. Close to my sons house. Had 3 issues to call about.
At one point we were locked out of the house. We had apparently turned the lock on the handle which was a 2nd lock. We were locked out for an hour before we received answers back to calls and texts.
The upstairs shower hot/and cold dial was backwards which we didn’t know and didn’t get a hot shower til the next day.
They have a container for bottled water which ran out and we texted them but never got the water. We had to buy our own.
The TV reception was not very good.
All in all we had a nice time and other then
being locked out it was a good place to stay. I would stay there again.
