We absolutely love this little house! We've stayed here twice now and will be staying again the next time we head up North. The bed is comfortable, and the house has everything you need for a lovely stay in Jacksonville.
Love the house and location! It exceeded our expectations. Just steps away from the quaint Jacksonville downtown area. Also, quick and easy drive to Ashland. We'll definitely stay here again.
Although the cottage was close to downtown it was a quiet location. The furnishings were perfect and the abundance of windows/skylights made the space bright and cheery. We didn't want to leave.
Loved how quiet and private this was for being right in town. As we were dining on the back covered deck, two small deer were snacking right next to us in the flower garden area. Very relaxing place to stay!

California Cottage looks just like the photos. We enjoyed our stay. Nice outside covered patio with a grill we used one night. Well stocked kitchen. No oven and only a portable two burner induction cooktop, but it worked for us. We had a WiFi issue that the management company fixed and refunded one night. Really appreciated that. Jacksonville is a fun area to visit.
We had a fun weekend even though it rained the whole time! We walked a short block and we're right in the downtown area. Great restaurants and fun shopping. The cottage was very comfortable and clean.
Leased the cottage for a month. Owners were very attentive to our needs. Unit was adequately supplied. Looking forward to a future stay.

With ties to the Rogue Valley, we enjoyed having a base to connect with friends and attend events and wineries. The cottage was the perfect location (we have always loved Jacksonville, as well) from which to conduct our daily travels. It has all the house amenities one would want. Beautiful patio, as well. Be coming back, again!
