Beautiful wood floors throughout, spacious, private, patio, and nicely equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave and with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Although the cottage was close to downtown it was a quiet location. The furnishings were perfect and the abundance of windows/skylights made the space bright and cheery. We didn't want to leave.

Quiet and Secluded, but close to everything!

Loved how quiet and private this was for being right in town. As we were dining on the back covered deck, two small deer were snacking right next to us in the flower garden area. Very relaxing place to stay!

California Cottage looks just like the photos. We enjoyed our stay. Nice outside covered patio with a grill we used one night. Well stocked kitchen. No oven and only a portable two burner induction cooktop, but it worked for us. We had a WiFi issue that the management company fixed and refunded one night. Really appreciated that. Jacksonville is a fun area to visit.

With ties to the Rogue Valley, we enjoyed having a base to connect with friends and attend events and wineries. The cottage was the perfect location (we have always loved Jacksonville, as well) from which to conduct our daily travels. It has all the house amenities one would want. Beautiful patio, as well.
