This newly renovated villa will exceed your vacation expectations. Kiawah Island Golf Resort is nestled in the Tranquil Low Country between the Kiawah River and a pristine stretch of Atlantic Ocean Beach. Voted top Family Resort in the East/Southeast - Travel, & Leisure Family, Worlds's Best Golf resort (#1 in US) Travel & Leisure Golf and #2 Best Tennis resort in US - Tennis.

You will awaken to a spectacular view of the lagoon from the master bedroom. You are within a few minutes walk from the ocean, Turtle Point Golf Club, The Sanctuary Hotel & Spa and Roy Barth Tennis Center. Our villa is managed by Kiawah Island Resort program which entitles you to discounted Greens Fees at all 5 Kiawah Championship Golf Courses to include the Ocean Course, court fees at The Roy Barth Tennis Center, and access to the fitness center and Night Heron Recreational Center and all Pool and water partkl. Guests are charged a $45/amenity to enjoy these resources. I pay the $45/day amenity fee for my guests along with the $110 cleaning. I also pay the taxes. Thus, the Rental Fee is deeply discounted to assure my guests recieve the greatest value for their money. .

This was our third time to stay at this Kiawah villa, and we enjoyed our stay as always. It's a great location on the island, just a few minute walk to the beach and a short bike ride to Night Heron park and pool. EJ is a great host and we hope to keep coming back.

Loved the condo and view of the lagoon. Kitchen is well equipped. Good location, just a short walk to the beach. We rode our bikes to the Night Heron pool daily. We had a great time, thank you!

Great location and space for a family!

We had a fabulous time with our boys at EJ's place over spring break. Walked to the beach every day, swam at Night Heron Park (a lot), played plenty of games in the screened in porch, and got such a kick out of the wildlife. Would highly recommend for a much-needed vacation!

So grateful to EJ for his generosity in providing his villa at such a low cost for our family of 6! The amenities included in the cost was such a blessing! The villa was just what we needed! The whole island was the right mix of fun and relaxation that we were hoping for! The bike ride to the pool and beach were both so accessible for young kids to ride to from the villa! My 2 year old really appreciated her personal shower head aka the massage shower heads lol! My boys loved all the wildlife right outside our windows! So many alligators in the lagoon!!!Thank you again! I will most definitely recommend your place to others!!

Great Kiawah Getaway

Relaxing getaway

Our stay was perfect in every way. From the quiet neighborhood to the close proximity to the beach. The condo had all that we needed and the the bed was so nice. We spent every evening on the porch watching the wildlife.
