First time to ever give a bad review!

The thing that most upset me was that we rented the condo for a week and they claim to have a washer and dryer. They have a combo washer/dryer in the unit that doesn't work. The door wouldn't even close properly. We were told a repairman would be there to fix it... no one showed. Waited three days and was told they didn't have anyone to repair. Very upsetting when you count on that for your trip! The location is next to a trash compactor for the whole complex and you are woken up at 6:30am with loud garbage trucks and loud beeping. The condo is filled with gnats and it could be fixed if the ceilings were cleaned of their nests. Don't plan on cooking for a family... the frying pan is big enough for an egg and you have one large pan that is decent, but the other one is completely burnt on the bottom. I tried to scrub it so I could use but it wouldn't clean. I wouldn't reccommend! :(

The Resort is close to Downtown Disney, where you can find AMC Theaters, Cirque du Soleil, Disney Quest, Splitsville Bowling, the Lego Store, as well as an array of restaurants, bars, shopping stores, and many other activities for kids, such as a carrousel, train rides, Lego building, splash pads, etc.
