Thank you for your review, when towels are stained, we need to replace them. We do not charge for minor stains that can be removed, so using it is okay, staining them is not.

Hello Kelli, Thank you for choosing this home and for your feedback. Vrbo has all our process approved, these pre-checkin steps are mentioned on the HOUSE Rules and on the rental agreement you sign. Requirements of your documents - the id, selfie, front and back pictures of credit card is for verification and that a scammer is not using your card and making these charges on your behalf and I remember telling this to you on a three way call when you contacted VRBO. However we thought that when we explained this to you, the importance of the pre-checkin process was understood. But you can very well use this platform to voice your opinion out. We hope that this checkin process is now understood and that you would come stay with us again.

Hello Leonard, Sorry to hear that you were not happy with your stay. Our inspectors share pre-checkin and post-checkout pictures of each property. Upon retracing the conversation I confirm that is what was shared with you. I agree the lounge chairs were broken, and we did apologize for that, asking for pictures but there is no discount or credit to expected for a broken item in the house which is so petty.
