The beach is just a 30-second walk away, and the home features spacious decks for relaxing and soaking in the views.

Living Area: The open layout of the living room, dining room, and kitchen creates a spacious and inviting area for quality time. Large windows and glass doors provide abundant natural light and access to a shaded lower deck. This is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach, enjoying drinks and snacks at the kitchen island or dining together at the large eight-person dining table.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities and a large island overlooking the beach, ideal for preparing meals and hosting happy hour gatherings.

Wonderful home to stay in. Across the street from public beach access and could see the ocean from the screened porch (partial obstructed view). The 3rd floor porch was the perfect spot for morning coffee. Large fenced yard for the dogs also. Everything was well maintained and perfect for a beach trip!

This house is exactly as described and pictured. It was very clean upon arrival. The location, seconds from the beach, was incredible. We were able to hear the ocean from the balcony. Highly recommend!

This house is amazing and met all of our beach needs. Great location to the beach as well as downtown. It had plenty of room for our group of friends and the yard was perfect for nice evenings out and grilling. Will definitely be back.

Perfect home for a family Fall Break

We stayed at this house for my daughter's Fall Break. It was the perfect set up for our family, grandparents, and an aunt and uncle to stay together but still have our own spaces. We loved the screened in porch and the crow's nest up top. It was also perfectly located next to the walk out beach access (we have a wagon loaded down with chairs, snacks, and toys!). I would gladly stay here again.

While we are not involved with the government project, we have done our best as hosts to keep up with its progress and inform our guests of its potential impact on their stay. This guest was informed via phone call prior to his arrival of the project's status as well as granted a partial credit back of initial funds paid towards the reservation for the inconvenience. Please note that the active work is now well past Folly Breeze and the project as a whole is projected to be completed by the Fall.

Serenity with Amazing Views

Great fenced-in property with amazing "picturesque" views of the ocean! This house was exactly as advertised and only steps away from the beach; and yet, it was very quiet and peaceful. My wife and I especially enjoyed having breakfast on the screened porch with our kids/young adults every morning. We highly recommend this property and will definitely return in the future!

Wonderful home with amazing ocean views with perfect accommodations for everyone! In town for sons graduation and everyone had a blast…. especially the dog who got to enjoy family and beach days. Amazing Home

Folly Breeze does not disappoint ! It’s gorgeous old classic updated beach perfect. Location is easy for beach combers/lovers like myself. And also convenient to downtown Charleston. We loved the folly side! Kitchen is stocked well and honestly once you sit in try fenced in swing backyard … nothing else will matter! Aside from the glorious porch. Btw the crows nest is just awesome! (Even with a little water leak hiccup that the company handled quickly we have no complaints) is it ocean front ? No. Will you care? No. Because it seems like it is! Yes you hear the ocean !

Great Folly Beach location

Beautiful beach house at a great location. Bout 25 min to downtown Charleston. But there are more than enough options within 10 minutes for you to never have to leave Folly Beach. Beach is even closer than it seems in the pictures. Great front porch to watch/hear the waves. Would rent every time I come to Charleston/Folly Beach area.
