Beautiful 18m2 studio completely renovated, very bright, located on the 2nd floor with lift, 300m from Avenue Jean Médecin!



The accommodation has a pleasant balcony in full sun with a nice view.



Upon entering the apartment you will find a small dressing room, followed by a bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet.



The stay consists of:



- an equipped corner kitchen (fridge, hob, integrated extractor, microwave, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine)



- a small lounge area with a convertible sofa (quick opening system, 140cm wide), and television



The apartment is air-conditioned and has double glazing.
