The location of this property was ideal. The bed was comfy and so close to the beach and lots of great restaurants and cafes. The 3 flights up the stairs weren't even that bad! We enjoyed staying here and will happily return.

Great location in old Nice. Close to the tram and the sea. Close to great food and music spots. But the stairwell to the suite? Wow! That’s an adventure every time! Great host with great and helpful communication. Highly recommend
