Charming apartment in Sète close to all amenities, secure parking.

In Sète, warm 2-room apartment renovated. You will be a stone's throw from the canals, 10 minutes walk from the Halles and the city centre and 5 minutes from the train station.
A bus stop is 200 m away and parking is available nearby. The beach is a 15-minute drive away.

Located on the 1st floor with lift, this 26 m² apartment with veranda is cosy, bright and quiet. It can accommodate a maximum of 4 people.
It comprises: a bedroom with a double bed (140*190), a TV and a cupboard; a living room with a sofa bed (130*190) and a second TV; a fully fitted kitchen equipped with a fridge, a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a vanity unit, a shower and a toilet.
There is also a veranda equipped with a table and two chairs or you will also find a drying rack.

Kitchen linen and bed linen are available in the apartment.
Towels can be added at an additional cost of 5 euros per person (payable directly on arrival in the accommodation). Please let us know in advance for an optimal welcome.

Request for a physical deposit of 200 Euros, by check or cash which will be returned when the keys are handed over on departure.

Check-in time: 17:00. Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

Hygiene products (hand gel, shower gel, shampoo) provided.

Travel cot available if needed.
Wifi available in the apartment.

Bel appartement tres bien situé. A cote des quais et restaurants pas besoin de voiture ! Pour la plage faut une voiture.
