Come and recharge your batteries in this beautiful single-storey villa located in the heart of the Grenettes with swimming pool and garden of 1800 m2!

You will appreciate the volumes of the living spaces opening onto the garden with heated swimming pool (depending on the weather at the beginning and end of the season) and secure.
You will be seduced by the large sofas inviting conviviality, the large terrace for lunch and dinner with a view of the pool.

The sleeping area includes four bedrooms:
Three double bedrooms with a 160x200 cm bed and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.
A bathroom with shower and bath, a shower room and two separate toilets.

Outside, a south-facing terrace, deckchairs, tables and chairs for meals, garden furniture for aperitifs and barbecue.

Guests can park their vehicles within the villa.
