“Judy’s place might be the nicest apartment in Playa!! We stayed a total of three nights but wish it could have been much longer. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and everything is in perfect condition. The private rooftop is incredible. Perfect for spending a romantic evening watching the sunset. The pool area is immaculate as well.

The location itself is right where you want to be. Only a four minute walk to the beach and two minutes from 5th Ave. We were happily surprised almost everywhere we had decided we wanted to eat at before coming was only a few minutes walk away.

Judy was very nice and extremely helpful. She gave us a great list of her favorites in playa and was very responsive the entire duration of our stay. We will definitely book Judy’s apartment again.” Phillip, April 10, 2021

We first came to Playa in 2002 and dipped our toes into the Caribbean Sea and Mexican Maya culture. It was a huge change from our life in Wisconsin! Our background in development and hospitality, gave us a natural inclination to welcome others.

Why they chose this property

We built beautiful Arena Blanca condos at a time when the roads were unpaved in the neighborhood. We connected with a talented young architect/builder from Guadalajara and created what has been called “the beautiful building“ ever since. You’ll see the difference when you arrive!

What makes this property unique

The traditional design, quality construction, and ongoing maintenance, have created one of the most desirable properties in Playa. Lush tropical gardens, and updated interiors are exactly what guest desire. We are located on Calle 38, steps from La Quinta Avenida and the beach.
