About this property

Aloha, Our studio condo is very cozy and clean! It sleeps up to 4 with a cal. king bed and a queen size futon. The pool, hot tub, tennis courts and bbq grills are all very close by. Located across the street is Kalepolepo Park, which has great beach access and the grassy lawn is a perfect place for a picnic. We are within walking distance of two restaurants; Monsoon, an excellent Indian restaurant and Isana, a great fish and sushi place. Our 2nd floor balcony is the perfect spot to start your day with a cup of coffee and end your day experiencing some of Maui’s amazing sunsets. We offer keyless entry, free unassigned parking and free WiFi.

Very poor noise isolation and dishonest, non responsive owner

We had an overall very poor experience. The flat is by the main street and apartment has extremely poor noise isolation. You basically can't close the windows fully, so bus/chopper will wake you up if youre not wearing ear plugs. On top of that the owner was dishonest. I payed upfront cleaning fee but after my stay owner tried to charge me 150$ because there was: sand on the floor, trash in the bin area and dishes in the dishwasher. Owner tried to report damage for this, however nothing was damaged. Why is then a cleaning fee then paid up front if not for vacuuming and throwing up garbage...? Third thing is safety. You don't get keys but 4 digit code which doesn't feel as good protection. We tried to change the code to feel secure, but owner didn't respond for our message. Poor responsiveness. I would avoid this place if I had a chance.

Great getaway

My husband and I loved this little place. It had everything we needed and a great location. We were able to find a parking spot each night. There are turtles on the beach across the street. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!

Amazing Spot

Fantastic spot, a hop and a skip across to the beach where turtles can be seen. It's a perfect jumping-off point to explore the rest of this island while on vacation. Close to anything you could need, food, groceries. Beach chairs and a cooler were a huge plus too for us. The kitchen was well equipped, and coffee on the patio was 10/10 experience! Thanks Laura
