What could be better than a noisy crowded condo at the beach? A private apartment with A PRIVATE POOL, only for our guests!
Two queen bedrooms, one full bathroom, kitchen with full size refrigerator, oven/stove and microwave to cook all your delicious meals.
This is a downstairs private apartment with a personal use, PRIVATE POOL YOU DON'T SHARE WITH ANYONE ELSE! Private entrance, and private patio.
The beautifull pool oasis awaits! And the best part, just one street across from the beautiful white sandy beaches!
Avoid having to share the pool with hundreds of strangers, this one is ALL YOURS!
This is NOT a condo, it's a Private Downstairs Apartment, with a private entrance, private patio/deck.
We supply: beach umbrella, beach towels, a cooler on wheels and a beach cart to help carry everything to the beach for you!
There's also a brand new stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.

Come and check out "Bikini Bottom Bungalow".

*Cleaning is provided before and after each stay.

*NO PETS ALLOWED

Trash days are Tuesday and Friday mornings .

*Golf cart available for $500 per stay


Vacation Rental Agreement:

Upon booking property, you are agreeing to these terms:

HOLD HARMLESS

For the property at 127 Kelly St, Panama City Beach, Florida.

Owner attempts to properly maintain the vacation rental. The vacationer agrees to immediately notify the owner of any maintenance problem, so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible.

Owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he has no control. This includes, but is not limited to:

Power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory evacuation, construction, mechanical failure such as pool, hot tubs, television, etc.

No refunds will be given for occurrences beyond the owner’s control.

*Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries that may occur to Vacationers or their guests as a result of the acts of said Vacationers and guests."

*Owner is not responsible for any theft or damage to vacationer’s belongings during their stay at the vacation rental."

Upon payment for stay at above property, vacationers agree that they have read and understood this agreement. The vacationer accepts all terms, condition, and restrictions without exception.

Quick getaway

If you are looking for a getaway with a private pool and don’t mind the coziness of an apartment then this is a good place. We stayed for a quick last minute trip and enjoyed the location. The street the apartment is on is busier than I anticipated, but won’t keep me from coming back. Pool size and accessibility was great.

Perfect quiet get away

Perfect location for our family of 3- we used the pool more than the beach! Great location close enough to PCB attractions but far enough away from the tourist noise, love having 30a nearby too. We found the space perfect for us and it was a relaxing week! Friendly hosts

Short walk to the beach but honestly I spent the majority of my time at the pool it was perfect and exactly what I needed. Having a private pool spoiled me and the teens enjoyed not having to share it to. Teri was a complete angel to work with, she even contacted me the night prior to let me know we could check in as early as we wanted ! Definitely my favorite hosts to book with ! God bless you both !

Had a wonderful time at the beach and the private pool was a great place to begin and end the day. The golf cart was a great amenity to go back and forth to the beach and to drive around the community to see all of the cool houses. Highly recommended.

The owners are local and very helpful. Everything you need for a week is there. The privacy of your own backyard with a pool is perfect. Rent their golf cart, joy rides and the beach transport are so fun. We’d definitely stay here again!

Amazing Place!

We had such an amazing time! We had our 5 and 7 year old with us. It was so great to be able let the kids swim in the private pool! And the proximity to the beach was perfect! Great to be away from the packed beaches but still close enough to a ton of great dining options! Would highly recommend this place and we will be back!

The Perfect Vacation

Our family absolutely LOVED our stay at this property! The location is perfect. You don’t have to deal with the large PCB/30A crowds, even during peek summer weeks. The pool was the perfect oasis for both adults and kids and we loved having the umbrella in the shallow end of the pool to keep us cool! I highly suggest renting the golf cart for ease of transportation to and from the beach. Teri was a dream to work with and very responsive and to our questions and needs!

Quiet, short walk to beach

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and very quiet. We enjoyed sitting outside in the pool area. Unfortunately it was just a little too cold to use the pool. It was nice to find a number of things available for the beach including a beach wagon and towels for the pool was a nice touch. A lounge chair or two would be nice for enjoying the sun or a short nap and the place could use a larger frying pan. But overall we found everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

Our BEST stay yet!

We’ve been vacationing in PCB for 10 years and have always stayed in a condo on the beach. We were hesitant about doing something different, but we absolutely loved our stay here. The pool area is amazing and we spent so much time there. The space inside was much smaller than what we are used to, but we quickly learned it was all the space we needed. We rented the golf cart along with the apartment and I would highly recommend doing so. The owners are incredibly nice, welcoming, and beyond helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will most definitely be back.

What a great place with super nice hosts!

Having your own private pool!? Seriously, what could be better? the place is just a block off the beach and the walk through the quiet neighborhood is so cool. We enjoyed just looking at the unique houses and properties on the tree lined (not busy --one lady sat on the road doing a chalk art piece all morning one day) road leading to the ocean. Everything you could possible need is there. Teri and Jerry are just awesome. Like old friends even after just meeting them!

Perfect location for small family

The communication with the owners was great! Mrs Teri was quick to respond to my texts and emails. The apartment was exactly as the listing explained. I would definitely recommend getting the golf cart to use for trips to the beach access. The only issue we had was the pool not being cleaned properly upon our arrival and after our arrival. Other than that everything was great and I would highly recommend this place.

Great place!

We loved this place. We were never bored because of the pool. The umbrella and little splash pad area was perfect for our little one. The deep end was deep enough to jump in and play (I'm guessing it's 7ft). The beach was great. It wasn't over crowded, and that's saying a lot considering we went during 4th of July week. We could walk to 3 different beach accesses within 2 blocks. They didn't have public parking which means it's impossible for PCB overflow to overcrowd your area. We could see one of the accesses from our place so it's not a far walk at all! This is way better than staying in an overcrowded condo on the beach. Also there is no worrying about a parking spot. You park right in front of the door. This place was perfect for our family of 4. I'd love to stay here again.

Dirty!!

Where to start. The apartment was filthy!! The couch, the floors, the bedding, the throw pillows, the stove, the mats almost everything was so gross. I wish I could post pictures!! Lucky we brought a couple of blankets and pillows. There was no way we going to sit on the couch. The a/c was not adjustable so it was 77 the entire stay. The refrigerator never got cold. The microwave worked but was broke. The doors were hard to close.

JUST DO IT

So I was skeptical about not being directly on the beach but it literally seemed like we were. The ease of going 1-2 min with the golf cart (a must do) was perfect. To my surprise the beach wasn’t crowded at all. Beautiful beautiful shells and clear blue water. The place was absolutely perfect. So clean. So cozy. The private pool sold me! Literally I walked right out the bedroom door and bam! It was so nice to just be able to relax without all of the wild crowds that can overwhelm Florida summers. The neighborhood felt super safe and anyone walking by was so friendly! All of those things aren’t even the best part… THE HOSTS. Oh my gosh. I cannot say enough. They were literally so hospitable. They checked on us to make sure everything was going well. Their place is an absolute must. Seriously I would go back in a heartbeat and we totally plan on it. So clean. So inviting. So sweet. So peaceful and relaxing. Just book and you will see for yourself!

Lovely and Charming place

My sister and I brought our Mom down for a vacation to see her granddaughter get married on the beach. We enjoyed the house and its close proximity to the beach. The weather was beautiful and we spent several afternoons just relaxing on fabulous back patio area. We will definitely return and highly recommend Terry and Jerry's place. The host was extremely accommodating to us and for that we are extremely grateful for the memories we made with our Mom.
