Welcome to the Pelican Pub Home in beautiful Sea Isle where the beach meets the bay. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas, a kitchen with modern appliances and 1.5 bathrooms. The downstairs is great for entertaining - it has a bar and a stage with microphone/speakers/iPad for karaoke. Two bedrooms are upstairs with the third being downstairs, which is not internally connected to the main floor. There is a dedicated work station area. Home includes an outdoor shower and has self check-in.
Kitchen - The kitchen has all modern appliances and a solid surface countertop. It is well equipped to fulfill all your cooking needs. There's a full size refrigerator with ice maker, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Fully stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, pots/pans, bakeware, storage containers and both a traditional Coffee Maker and a Keurig (K-cups).
Living Room - The spacious living area has a large sectional couch, two recliners and a smart HDTV.
Bedroom #1 - King Bed with smart HDTV
Bedroom #2 - Bunk Bed (full/twin) with an additional pull out twin trundle bed. This room has a smart HDTV
Bedroom #3 - Queen bed with attached half bath. There is also an attached desk workspace area. This bedroom is downstairs on ground level with its own entrance (no internal staircase). It is has a smart TV.
The garage area has a bar and stage with speakers/microphone/ipad for karaoke that is great fun for both kids and adults.
The house has Xfinity (Comcast) TV service on all TVs. TV's are equipped with Roku streaming devices which contains popular streaming apps. Additionally, there is Xfinity high speed internet access with Wifi throughout the home.
House comes with access to the neighborhood private fishing pier and boat launch.
Due to liability concerns, the cargo lift is not available for use by the guests.
Sea Isle Community - Guests have access to the public beaches (3 different access areas), boat ramp, marina, park, basketball courts, and tennis courts. There is also a neighborhood bar and restaurant which offers great food and adult beverages. Sea Isle is a very safe and family friendly neighborhood which is buzzing with activity in the summertime.

1. Property. The property is described as a house located at 4211 Mason Dr, Galveston, TX 77554 (the “Property”).
2. Rental Rules & Restrictions. Guest agrees to abide by the following restrictions by Owner (the “Rules”):
(A) Smoking and/or vaping is not permitted inside the Property
(B) Garbage must be placed in the proper receptacles. Garbage pickup is Monday morning.
(C) Parties, events or large gatherings are not permitted.
(D) No Parking in the neighbors driveway
(E) Use of fireworks is prohibited
(F) No grilling or open flames under the house
(G) The primary guest renting the house must be at least 25 years old
3. Maximum Occupancy. The maximum number of persons allowed to stay in the Property is limited to ten (10), unless the Owner gives its prior written consent. No more than 4 cars are permitted.
4. Keys & Access Codes. Owner will provide Guest with one (1) key(s), which will unlock both the front door and the side garage door to the Property. Guest is not allowed to make duplicate keys. A fee of $100.00 will be charged to Guest for failure to return a key. Guests should not attempt to access the Owners closet in the Master Bedroom and Bunk Room. Any attempt to access these locked closets is just cause for immediate termination of this Agreement, forfeiture of all rent paid, and Guest will be liable for any missing items or damage. Owner will provide Guest with access card to the Fishing Pier.
5. Bunk Beds: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and Guest agrees that use is at your own risk. Owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. Guest does hereby RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE Owner for any liability, claim, and/or cause of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me arising out of use of the bunk bed. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, Guest agrees to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.
6. Limitation on Liability. Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur to any member of the Rental Party or Guest’s visitors while in the Property or on the Property. Owner is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur to any member of the Rental Party or Guest’s visitors that may occur due to the use of the Bunk Beds. Owner is not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables belonging to any member of the Rental Party or any of Guest’s visitors. Guest agrees to assume the risk of any harm arising from use of the Property. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES AND UNDER NO LEGAL THEORY, TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, SHALL OWNER BE LIABLE TO GUEST OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER INCLUDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR GUEST’S RENTAL OF THE PROPERTY OR USE OF THE PROPERTY. IN NO EVENT WILL OWNER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF OWNER SHALL HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
7. Indemnification. Guest acknowledges that the use of the Property by the Rental Party and Guest’s visitors is entirely at their own risk. Guest will indemnify and hold harmless Owner from any and all expenses, costs, damages, suits, actions, or liabilities whatsoever arising from or related to any and all loss of or damage to personal property, injury or death resulting from the use or occupancy of the Property or the failure of any member of Rental Party or Guest’s visitors to observe the Rules and restrictions set forth in Paragraph 1 above.
8. There is a $150 fee for dogs staying at the Blue Pearl. This fee will assessed as a separate charge following confirmation of your rental.
9. Booking the Property constitutes acceptance of the additional rules and terms listed in items 1-8 above.
