We really enjoyed our stay! The property had everything we needed like beach chairs, coolers, towels. It was super easy to get a ride share into town since this property is close to the airport so uber/lyft usually just picked us up within a few minutes of requesting a ride! The host was super easy to connect with and answered all questions! 10/10

Clean property and well appointed, however I was disappointed to learn that this is a condo. It is attached to one other unit with a shared deck separated by a partition. Additionally, the property is right off a main road and it’s extremely loud. Sitting outside was not pleasant and relaxing like it should be on vacation. They may not be dealbreakers for all, but I feel this should be noted on the listing.

Response from VrboOwner on 23 Aug 2026
We appreciate your review and we take your concerns seriously. While our deck is technically attached to our neighbor’s deck they are completely separate. Additionally, our neighbors rarely, if ever, use their deck. That being said, we will make note of this in the listing. Our road is adjacent to a road with some AM traffic but in my years living at the house (including and up to the morning of the start of this rental) it has never been loud or disruptive. We have never received such feedback in our years of renting the property. That being said, we do apologize for any discomfort you may have had at your stay and we make every effort to accommodate our guests when they reach out with concerns.

Lovely Place to stay in Nantucket

Very nice home. Close to the bike trail entrance. Close to the market, yet far enough away from downtown. Great communication from the owner. Would stay here again. We had a very nice relaxing time here.

Perfect Getaway with Modern Amenities

We had an incredible stay at this vacation rental! The home was beautifully maintained and offered everything we needed for a relaxing week. The kitchen was especially impressive—well-stocked with utensils and appliances, and the Alexa was a fantastic addition, allowing us to enjoy music while cooking. Overall, it was a perfect retreat, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Lovely Respite!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at Amanda's home in Nantucket. The house was clean and comfortable and looked exactly like the VRBO pictures. The mid-island location was convenient for exploring all of Nantucket. We hope to come back soon!

Great Location and Stay

We travelled to Nantucket for the week and stayed at this fantastic house with two families, the 3 rooms was perfect for our adults to have space and this kids to have a sleepover - the pull out came in handy as well. We enjoyed drinks on the patio and games in the front yard while prepping for each beach day. Highly recommend this stay for families and individuals alike. Kitchen had everything you could need within reach and beach chairs and boogie boards. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great family vacation rental!

This was a perfect rental for our family, including our 1-year-old. The house was equipped with a pack and play and a high chair which were so helpful! Everything else was great, too, and exactly as described/pictured. We had also verified availability prior to booking and the owner was very prompt with responding, which is always super appreciated! We totally recommend this rental and would absolutely stay here again!

Overall my friends and I had a great experience at the home. Host was super responsive. When I had flight issues coming home, the host was great about extending an extra night. Highly recommend renting the car. It was really useful to have.

Awesome place on ACK

The house was very clean and had everything you could need - great Internet, spacious rooms and bathrooms, two outdoor spaces, and a sizable kitchen and living room. The place is close to a grocery store and close to town and various beaches. Perhaps the best part is that it comes with the option to rent a car at a very reasonable price compared to what it would take to rent or transport a car to the island. Would definitely book again!
