Evergreen 209 - Lower Level 3 Bdrm Lakefront Condo

This condo is bright, spacious and lakeview throughout, and you will know you made the right choice the moment you arrive. Offering 3 bedrooms, all with king beds each with flat screen cable TVs and three baths makes this the perfect condo for 3 couples, 2 small families or any group up to 8 people. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room making it comfortable to sleep up to 8 people in beds. This is not a good condo complex for party groups!! The lakeview living room is very spacious with two separate sitting areas, a flat screen cable TV and a tremendous lakeview from everywhere. The lakeview dining area provides seating for 6 which adjoins the fully stocked lakeview kitchen, a breakfast bar with 2 more seats. The outside screened in porch is simply huge and nicely appointed with plenty of space to spread out and offers another flat screen TV so you can watch your favorite show as the boats go by! The lakeview master suite adjoins the screened in porch and the condo offers WiFi throughout! This is a ground level condo, 2 levels down from parking. The Evergreen Condo Complex is well kept, offers a nice outdoor seasonal swimming pool and is converting the tennis court into pickle ball courts. Located in Sunrise Beach about 3 miles from the community bridge by land and the 18 mile marker by water. Backwater Jacks is straight across the main channel, Dog Days is located 1 mile up at the 19 mile marker, Red Head Yacht Club and Shorty Pants are located at the 21 mile marker. This condo offers a great location to enjoy everything Lake of the Ozarks has to offer. You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management, Lake of the Ozarks!

Family Gathering

There is probably not enough space here for me to tell you how great this place is! This is a family place NOT a party place! This is perfect for a family wanting to stay at the lake. The pool is clean and the house is so clean! And I’m not sure if I’m the only one that has missed amenities in rentals post covid but this place has them! Hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags!! All the basics you could need! It was comfortable and roomy and the beds were amazing! The touches in this condo are top notch; I even napped on the sofa bed with my 12 year old and while it was still a sofa bed it was decently comfortable! Our only issue was hot water, our home has two hot water heaters and admittedly we don’t plan showers around the need for hot water. When all 6 of us took showers back to back one morning the 6th person had a cold shower. To be fair we took 6 showers in a 40 minute time span and 3 of us like HOT water. So just be sure you allow it time to recover! You cannot go wrong with this house if you want a family place! ❤️

My family was able to spread out and enjoy the large living space and screened porch, and it was great that we all had our own king bedroom and bathroom. The on-property pool was nice. It would have been good to know there is a toll bridge during summer months, so unless you want to go out of the way about 45 minutes to avoid it, you pay $3 in AND out. That’s $6 each time you go anywhere. It was okay, just would have been good to set those expectations ahead of time. We enjoyed our first time in the Ozarks and our stay very much.
