Pelican Point Paradise

This was our 3rd winter staying at Elizabeth’s unit. Perfect location to watch space launches from the 4th floor balcony. It was also a great spot to watch dolphins , manta rays, pelicans and sea hawks diving for food. A short drive to Black Point and Bio Lab nature preserves. Pelican Point is a very quiet complex with a great heated pool to enjoy and relax during the day. The bed was comfortable and the unit is supplied with linens. The tv expired during our stay and Elizabeth had a new one delivered and installed the next day!!! She was very attentive and eager to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The Titusville Landing shopping center is across the street with a movie theater, restaurants and shopping. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant Vacation

Quiet condo next to the Indian River. Clean. Host responded quickly to any issues. Nice to watch the space launches across the river.
