Look no further….Grüner Bungalow provides a leisurely, peaceful stay for large groups and families. Feel refreshed and restored when you stay at this conveniently located property, just a short distance from Dulles International Airport and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Located in the heart of Loudoun County’s Wine Country, The Gruner Bungalow offers stunning views of our vineyard and the County’s landmark Franklin Farm silo. This is a recently renovated 8 Bedroom, 7 full bath, and 2 half bath residence that comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests, along with a recreation room for entertainment and an outdoor saltwater pool to cool off.

We absolutely loved our stay at Gruner Bungalow! The vacation started off well with a gift from the management team from the winery! The house is very clean, beautiful and spacious. We had several kids ages infant to 16 and there were spots for everyone to play and hang out. We cooked every day and the kitchen is very well stocked. Communication with the management team was also amazing. Not only were they flexible and accommodating but they were able to answer any and all questions in a quick timely fashion despite us staying during a holiday. They even brought us things we needed like a kettle and more trash bags. We didn’t feel the need to leave the property during our stay as everything we needed was there. We definitely want to stay again to use the outdoor pool and hope we can make this house our new years place going forward. Very highly recommend!!

The house is beautiful; very updated with lots of places to sit and have conversations! It is really close to the tasting room at Otium, but it was never an issue. The pool is really nice, too! Our group of families had a great time! Overall, beautiful house and we had an amazing time.

We had a wonderful stay at Gruner Bungalow! There were 12 of us celebrating our father's 85th birthday. The house was amazing with so many places to sit and enjoy time together and plenty of well appointed bedrooms/bathrooms. The property manager recommended a chef that we had come in which was amazing. The pool and grilling area were awesome. The staff at the winery were so nice. We had a fun wine tasting and enjoyed delicious wine and the beautiful landscape. Highly recommend and would stay again.
