And for larger gatherings, Mountain Lakeside also offers a second luxury home on the same lake — another 6-bedroom, 5.5-bath retreat — giving families and friends a rare opportunity to celebrate side-by-side while enjoying privacy, luxury, and the same stunning lakefront setting. The space: Sleeps up to 16 guests across 6 bedrooms (each with lake views & private deck access) 6.5 bathrooms, including spa-style rain showers and double vanities. Chef’s kitchen with Wolf gas range, dual ovens, and oversized quartzite island. Additional butler's pantry with two additional KitchenAid ovens (for a total of 4 ovens) as well as a second sink, dishwasher, and drink refrigerator. Vaulted-ceiling great room with panoramic lake views and gas fireplace. Entertainment level with pool table, bar, and multiple TVs connected to streaming channels on highspeed WiFi. Multi-level decks with outdoor seating, dining, 7-person hot tub, and grilling area including outdoor dining table for 18. Private dock and stone patio for swimming, kayaking, or fireside s’mores at the fire-pit. Covered porch with curved lounge seating overlooking the lake and gas fire table. Guest access: Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the private dock, patios, and all decks. We’re happy to coordinate multi-home bookings with our second property on Lake Shannondale for larger groups, micro weddings, or corporate retreats when available! Other things to note: Our homes are located on a quiet, private lake community surrounded by nature — perfect for relaxation, paddle boarding, and evening campfires. Wineries, hiking trails, and the Appalachian Trail are just minutes away. The mountain view you see in the photos is actually the Appalachian Trail, visible from every room at this property. Both homes are professionally managed and thoughtfully designed for comfort, cleanliness, and connection.
